I LOVE my neakasa and so do my two rescued kitties!! I recently had an issue with the main motor and I reached out to neakasa and Serena helped me out tremenendously. I was very stressed out about the litter box because of my cats and she was able to get me a full replacement. She is an angel sent from above!! She was kind, helpful, patient, And overall a great human being who understood me and my family. I cannot thank her enough and the neakasa team!!!

It really just works. 2 years since I bought a Neakasa M1 and it still works every day with just cleaning and new bags. It's really well-designed and isn't as finicky as the other automatics I tried before. I can tell it's been well-tested by cat-loving people and they worked hard to make it easy to live with. No special litter as long as it clumps. No additives or filters to replace. It contains messes and smells, and I can trust that the app will notify me if it needs a litter refill or a bag change, so I can really just forget about it. I also appreciate that the app is straightforward and doesn't have any bloatware, and the Neakasa customer service team are super helpful with orders. Great job, y'all!

I've had my Neakasa litter tray for almost 2 years and I recommend it to anyone looking for an automatic litter tray. I have two big ginger boys and they really enjoy the open top style! It was the biggest selling point for me and it's fantastic value for money.

Love this litter box! It’s easy to use, works great, and makes keeping up with litter so much easier. With two cats, it saves a ton of time and keeps everything much cleaner day to day. Definitely one of my favorite pet purchases!

If it works, the product works well. If it doesn’t work, the helpdesk is very responsive—genuinely top 5 of the support services I’ve come across in my life. However, the M1 2024 did have some teething problems which caused issues with stuck cat litter, leading to mechanical problems with the doors and tray. I believe these have all been addressed by the updated version of the unit, which is again testimony to the responsiveness of the company. Buy the latest version, not the older one.

Their customer service is 5-star! Very timely response and information to fix my issue. Their P1 Neakasa Pet Grooming KIt & Vacuum has been a blessing for us and our 11 Maine Coon cats. They always look terrific when groomed by the Neakasa. The vacuum is a truly great addition for catching all the cut hair. Bravo Neakasa!!

Do not buy from them! While the litter box works fine, their customer service is just horrible! If your cat refuses to use the litter box ( mine is just terrified and wont go near it ), you have to pay for the return shipping and if you, God forbid, threw away the box, they will deduct the original box coast from the refund! Who charges for a box??? Very unpleasant experience, this company needs a better customer support

Serena was great in helping me solve my issue. I bought a P2 pro and have been enjoying using it. The clipper attachment decides to break and I was looking for a replacement. Serena responded quickly to my emails and was very friendly :)

I’ve had some issues with cleaning my unit when taking it apart. Neakasa customer service has been very responsive with long detailed emails back to me, including videos on how to troubleshoot. They were amazing and have fixed my issue.
