I Have been with NeatlyWeb for a couple of years now and I find then responsive and helpful, I would prefer phone support but they respond really quickly to tickets.
I would highly recommend the services as I have tried Go-Daddy , Fast Hosts and several others in the past.
NeatlyWeb is a keeper and I will stick with them.

I am from india i had a very bad experience with web designers they were exploiting charging lots of money and no service, I came across a scientist in london who recommended this initially i was reluctant that its online web designing whereas in india meeting face to face could not solve the purpose but on assurance From the scientist who had best experience for their service so i went ahead and i was surprised the very ethical way they communicate through email and website in all languages i think is the unique feature only with them and they provide excellent service i never knew it could be such a smooth sailing with web designers.

Excellent web hosting and web site services.
We run a medium-sized healthcare business, supplying to people and businesses all over the world. Naturally, a working ecommerce website and reliable hosting are must-haves. Our web hosting, email services and cloud storage services are managed by this NeatlyWeb for the past few years now without trouble.
However, NeatlyWeb has gone above and beyond our expectations in developing our in-house invoicing/payroll systems, automatic pricing tools, day-to-day business tools in the "AppSuite". The have also developed numerous websites (public and intranet) in addition to graphic design (brochures, leaflets, labels), all for a fair price (unlike other extortionate companies out there).
Huge thanks to the team there, we owe it to them hugely. Absolutely no reservations in recommending them to anybody whatsoever.

I've been with them for a number of years. No complaints from me.
