Nebroo hearing aid.
I bought a Nebroo hearing-aid for my wife and it didn't work for her. So, I contacted Nebroo for a refund. Nerf from customer service emailed me back suggesting that I should try a free upgrade. I told Nerf I will have my wife try and if it worked out than I don't need to return. When I received the upgrade and my tried out and I was surprised it worked beautifully for her. I’m so happy with Nerf's customer service.

Hearing aid replacement
After reading some of the reviews I can only speak for myself. I ordered a pair of hearing aids. The one for the right ear worked for a day or so and it just stopped. I contacted the company and they started taking care of the issue right then. They told me what I needed to do to make it right . The lady I spoke with was Gail. When I did what they ask for I sent them the picture on an attachment and they contacted me in a few hours and said the replacement was on its way. Over time I've bought a lot of things on line and had many things that didn't work right or was damaged. Honestly, I've never had any of those times when things went so smooth. There was no fussing, no attitude issues, just making things right and getting things done. With that being said, I will honestly have to give them a thank you and a very good review.

Except for the 1 1/2 hour hold on the phone, when I was connected, the person on the phone was very helpful. The hearing aids I had ordered, had one ear which didn’t work well. They are sending out a new pair at no additional cost. I am very satisfied. Thank you NEBROO.

They are better that my original $6600 ones.
I purchased my Nebroo aids a good while ago and continued to wear my 9 year old aids that I paid $6600 for. My old aids have apparently bit the dust and I am now wearing my Nebroo ones. They are GREAT and are actually much better than my old ones. Everything is so clear, it's like I'm not even wearing aids. I now have my normal hearing back.

Customer service was most excellent
I ordered my custom Bluetooth hearing aids that would enable me to use an app on my phone and when my hearing aids arrived within one week, they were the incorrect model. I notified Nebroo right away, and they immediately replied and said that they were going to send me the actual Bluetooth hearing aids that I had ordered and that I could keep the other hearing aids as a gift to donate to charity instead of returning them back. This is the type of business that I enjoy working with. Sometimes it's very speculative when you order stuff off of Facebook advertising but I had heard very good things about this company and I continue to say great things about them... I'm so happy with the Nebroocic hearing aids. They are everything I needed in a hearing aid, I can hear the tv must better, with out turning the volume up so loud, I can also understand what the people are saying with out turning on the subtitles screen. I was so pleased with the customer service lady that helped me, she was very helpful and kind, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Hearing aid refund
The hearing aids did not correct my issues. I contacted Nebroo representative who sent me an upgraded set at no cost to me Better but still did not meet my expectations. I contacted Ebroo once again for return and refund. Unfortunatly the 160 day return policy had expired and could not get full refund Nebroo did give me a 50% refund and told me to keep the aids. Very pleasent experience and customer service

I bought hearing aids from them in the ear hearing aids first they didn’t fit properly because of the shape of my ear then I called them and they sent me a behind the ear set of hearing aids. They fit really well unfortunately due to my hearing issues in one of my ears hearing aids are not helping me at this point so I called up for a return and Rod,The gentleman on the phone helped me get set up then Maryann took over the manager. They offered me a full refund. I would have to pay for the shipping yet. I knew I would have to pay for shipping if I returned them when I originally bought them.They offered me something I thought was interesting. Was they were willing to give me half of my money back if I wanted to keep them and I didn’t have to return them. I thought this was a great time then to take these hearing aids both in ear and behind the ear and give them to my local veteran group who we all know that they they have have to pay for hearing aids because the government doesn’t or their insurance so I give a 10 to Neebroo !!support them. They’re are a great Business Their customer service is out outstanding thumbs up to this business

Case not fully charging
Having some issues with keeping a charge so Tweetie asked very good questions to validate the issue, escalated the concern while I was on the phone, and is sending a replacement within the week.
