Do not order from this company. I would rate them a "0" if I could.

I ordered Garlic from this company Neera Seeds in October. The website looked professional and user friendly.

My credit card was billed on October 13th for$32.38 USD converted to $46.59 CD. I have not received any Garlic from them to date.

I wrote to their customer service department last week. They repied the following:

We’re sorry, but we couldn’t find any order under your name, email ID, or address in our records.

I received my "garlic" seeds or I think they are garlic seeds, I don't know. I ordered 3 different kinds, but have no idea what is what or even if they are garlic seeds. The 3 packages just say garlic seed, but the sticker is over another sticker which seems fishy to me.

One of th stickers underneath wasn't completely taken off and says some about Autumn.

For that amount of money I paid for these seeds I would think they would have at least been labeled with what I bought.

At this point I don't even want them anymore and would gladly send them back and get a refund.

They keep telling me that everything in my order is accurate.

How can you tell if everything is accurate if clearly stickers were ripped off of all 3 packages and a generic stickers that just say "garlic seeds" were placed over the other stickers that one clearly was not garlic seeds? Also, I orderd 3 different types of seeds and not one of them say what type they are. I do not trust that I have received what I ordered.

If I could give the 0 stars I would. After nearly three weeks and no seeds I contacted them and they emailed me back stating they couldn't deliver due to remote address. I gave them a different address and a small packet came from China without the seeds I ordered - in fact they weren't even seeds just ground up something. All I get is an AI generated response without resolution. I think they delay to get past a refund date with your credit card company

They are a rip off period. I ordered a PH meter and received a small package of seeds and no PH meter. This is what they replied.

As per their feedback and our own verification, the correct and best quality seeds were sent to you.

At our end, we always strive to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers. However, we currently do not have seed images available as the supplier did not provide them. We rely on their expertise and consistent quality checks.

I ordered specific pepper seeds, which have black seeds. They sent me chili seeds which are white. I asked them to send me the correct seeds or issue a refund. I have sent pictures of the seeds and the packaging. All they do is say they are looking into it. It's been nearly 2 months now. Do not buy from them. They are a scam.

went to their site and seen seeds id like to have, checked them out and shows as a US company however once I ordered they are all coming from China. they have no interest in allowing me to return the Chinese seeds and won't refund

I ordered 100 lemon tree seeds from Neera Seeds at a cost of $17.99. They sent me 25 seeds. I asked for a partial refund and they ignored me. I had to get a refund from the credit card company.

ONLY FAKE SEEDS.
