As long as everything goes well, the platform is fine—but problems are another story.
When everything works, Neighbor’s platform is fine. The problem is what happens when something goes wrong.
Customer service is extremely slow. Email responses take about three days per reply, which makes resolving even a simple issue drag on for weeks.
I was waiting for a refund when I was unexpectedly charged for another month. Somehow my space changed from “ended” back to “active” without any action from me.
When the refund emails finally arrived, they were only partial refunds, so the issue still isn’t fully resolved. Now I have to go through the same slow support process again to recover the rest of my money.
Hopefully this can be corrected soon.

This is a great place to store your RV Trailer, Truck just about anything you can think of no one ever messes with you belongings its quite. I have a RV and open trailer and nothing has even been messed with it dont cost alot the price is great easy to reserve and Adam is quick to respond and has answered whatever i ask going to add my pull behind here to. There is plenty of room so book a spot

They unilaterally raise rates
They unilaterally raise rates, use fake 'host' names who they then blame for the increases. The real host denied the existence of anyone by the pseudonym. When I called out neighbot.com for this fraud, they suspended my account. I will report this company for fraud to the consumer protection bureau. Using fake identities to raise rates and mislead the renter is fraud.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They allow people to use false information for their bookings and do not verify information used. If you are renting a space this means junk and cars are left in your space. You have no way to get payment for past due services and are now stuck with evicting junk.
They also refuse to remove false information and require you to create an account if your information is being falsely used.

FRAUD
FRAUD. I signed up for only a few days to store a UHaul trailer for moving my parents to another state. I notified the host when we left, and somehow I have been charged for the past 7 months for an additional $700. Neighbor support said it's my fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
