I really appreciate the Neighbor app for helping me find a safe and secure place to store my property. My host, Ricardo, was patient, easy to communicate with, and very helpful throughout the process. There were a couple hiccups along the way on my end, but the Neighbor app did a great job helping navigate those challenges and getting everything back on track. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for storage solutions.

I don’t like the way (Neighbor) increases price of my rental space automatically. Other than that, it’s OK.

Perfect Host. It was close to my home and Virgil was easy to work with and to stay in contact with.

This company can legally will take you to the Cleaners. There is no recourse. No coordination check. Horrible customer service, if any. Avoid it all cost!

Neighbor.com cost me $800 to park instead of $40. I was paid in full. Due to a glitch in their coordination with their 3rd party parking vendors, I was towed and found my car in impound with a foot of snow on it upon returning from my vacation in Hawaii. Just had received a week earlier email saying I was paid in full for the next month. Without notification, after parking, I was towed. Only my VIN number instead of my license plate number was passed along to the third party. Neighbor.com blamed the website for the “glitch”. Even after I was towed and not notified, and they admitted their website and coordination were at fault, they continued to charge me on auto pay for the service and never reimbursed me for any of my expenses!! Avoid this company! When it is their mistake, they will take no responsibility!

My experience has been friendly, cost effective and professional.

The host was responsive. The space was not what I expected, the picture was a little deceiving. In the end, the space worked out ok. Just be aware, there are other people storing things there, for a large trailer, it was a little challenging to park it in the area, but in the end we made it work.

The Neighbor app feels like a scam. There's no verification process for the rental spaces, so anyone can post an ad claiming to have space available, even if it's not really an option. I experienced this firsthand and unfortunately fell victim to it. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were unresponsive and made it clear that refunds aren't provided. Their attitude suggested they didn't care about my issue. Additionally, it seemed like the customer service representatives were not local, leading to a potential language barrier. Overall, I strongly advise against using this app.

Anytime someone reaches out to acquire about one of my rental spaces. Even if I cannot accommodate them. I always refer them to customer service it’s probably the best customer service app I’ve dealt with.

I continue to get referrals for rental space and so far those accepted have been good. Also, I am kept well informed about things and encouraged to respond to inquiries.

Not only did we find a reasonably priced place to park our RV, we met a very nice person. Its wonderful to know that our RV is in a protected place in the families back yard.
