I have cancelled all my subscriptions but they keep on deducting from my account

I didn’t like it so requested cancellation after 15 minutes of purchase, they gave me hard time and pretended not quite sure what I want, till I said I will have my visa handle it, then they cancelled my subscription. But next day, they charged me again with even a few dollars extra than the original fee. I emailed them again and they said it wasn’t them who charged me, although the company name shows up beside the transaction. I tried to call the phone number shown beside the transaction and it wasn’t in service. Then I disputed the charges and my visa returned the money.

Horrible. Can’t even find ‘manage my account’ to cancel my account. Advertisement showed a much more advanced ai than what you get with glitches. Never again with this company

I am using one of their products, AIPal on a regular basis. The app is free and the pricing for the paid version is very reasonable. They are also very responsive. Happy to be a customer!

Cheating and charging consumers isn’t the way to grow

I never signed up for a subscription and was charged for 5+ months. Annoying company.

Wont let me cancel the subscription because they "cant find my account" but I still get charged $15 every 5 days even though its listed as Neiro.ai on my bank statement

I requested cancellation a while ago and I have been charged twice since. I keep looking at the status and it always says that there will be a response within an hour or something to that effect. That’s $50 wasted in a service I no longer wanted and that I think I should be credited back. Please contact me to resolve this issue.

Terrible experience. For a month now, the platform for creating videos with avatars hasn't been working: when I try to create a video, the export fails. I've sent 3 emails to customer service and haven't received any response. There's no phone number to call. I have an annual subscription that I can't use and I've lost an important client. I believe that any online service, without a chat or a quick response via email, is unthinkable today
