Nembol Reviews 

We use Nembol to keep our stock in sync between Etsy, eBay and Pinterest.

I recently asked Nembol support if I could link items on Pinterest to eBay by default. The feature was not available at that time.

A couple of days later Nembol support contacted me and advised me that they created the feature and I could use it. I was pleasantly surprised by this.

Nembol saves us a lot of time by keeping our stock in sync.

Cross listing applications in today's age are often riddled with errors, and while I'm not going to say that Nembol is perfect, I have always received good customer service and any problems I have had have been resolved promtly and completely. Overall I find the application to be the best cross-listing app out there for any purpose.

I use Nembol for a few years. Very helpfull app. And customer service its always the best. They solve any issue very fast!

I was a customer for many years. When they changed it in 2023 the features that I needed were gone. They changed the program so that I couldn't use it anymore. My personal feelings are that it's a mess and very disappointing that they changed it. Regarding support I'd say - average. I'm looking for a replacement. They should offer a "Classic" version as a separate option.

Visually simple and powerful app. Did exactly what we'd hoped for and with a click of a button saved hours if not days of work

Avoid we have used them for 2 years, recently they have asked if we would like to be moved to new interface with an option to moving back to old system for whatever reason. After the change they refused to move us back to old system. Furthermore they have the changed data we were relying on our listings. Customer service not replying to messages.

Not recommended for large imports into selling platforms, has less than 80% accuracy and it will take half a day to fix the missing attributes for listings which will cost sales and time

Guido went above and beyond, I never thought i would get the main guy answering my support call but i was lucky enough to have him help me sort out all of my questions. I've used Nembol for a few years now and had the odd issue. However generally speaking I'd say it was intuitive and reliable.

However they recently completely revamped the platform and it's awful. It's ruined the sync between my selling platforms and customer service is non existent. Previously you would received a reply within ten, fifteen minutes. Now you have to wait days.

Worst ever...never worked...so many issues with syncing...as you see by the reviews...they kept saying it was only my account but as you see by the reviews...it seems like everyones account

I've connected my active Amazon Seller account in hopes to publish my listings to Etsy. Well, the app couldn't do that, complained about shipping dimension issues because it couldn't even import simple inches from a variation or even the parent, then failed to publish to Etsy due to barcodes missing (I'm on Amazon Handmade, we don't need barcodes), but in turn it totally messed up my Variation parents on Seller Central and now I've got a huge headache to solve while my items are invalid. Thanks but no thanks.

An outstanding product, has made such a difference in multi listing on platforms. Extremely helpful support too. Cannot fault them. Essential for anyone listing on multiple platforms.

I have been using Nembol for some time now and have always found customer service to be excellent. My stock control over 3 platforms has been constantly in sync. Thanks to Daryna for your patience !

Customer service is an absolute nightmare.
When I asked for help I got the below reply and then the associate is missing for the next 30 minutes or so.

While the Nembol platform did not ultimately work for me (incompatible with my 3rd party vendor), I can't say enough about how great the customer service was. Emanuela and Darlyn where fantastic: quick, timely responses were so appreciated!

they are not flexible. Not sure why i wasted my time with them. Plus they are stingy when it comes to discounts. So annoying to beg these service providers for help to the point where it doesn't feel like help anymore!

Everything is fine until you need to cancel. I no longer need an integration service but try as I may I can't cancel the subscription. They are ignoring my messages and still taking payments. I've had to get my bank involved!
