Ordered a kit for my son, didn't get a delivery date so waited. After 2 weeks of waiting still hadn't received it so tried to contact them, the number doesn't work, no response to emails.
I will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Please do not use your hard earned cash and fall victim to this scam company.

Counterfeit item received. I have emailed a few times, no response. Phone number doesn’t work. I want my £40 back. How is this company allowed to trade???? Disgraceful, ripping people off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to thoroughly investigate. They have messed with the wrong person.

My product has just arrived & the order was all complete and I'm really pleased with it. It's half the price of official merchandise. I have no idea if it's authentic or not but it really doesn't bother me, it looks the same. It took 10 days to arrive as it came from china but you can check the tracking, which is kept updated and when I did contact them yesterday to ask where it was (before I realised there's a tracking facility on the original order confirmation email) they got back to me immediately and were really polite and helpful. I have orderd a chelsea football kit with bespoke name and number printed on the shirt (& they print the number on the shorts too) for a 4 year old. At less than half the price for the official kit from official website (including p&p) I couldn't be more pleased (socks included too). Thank you Neniy.

Do not buy from this website they are selling counterfeit kits, not authentic as they advertise.
Ordered a Manchester city kit for my son and it's fake, smells like chemicals, the label printed inside is wrong, no branded labels/tags or bag, size and shape is terrible. I have compared this to a genuine kit and it's completely wrong! Personalised name will peel off and it is not straight. The socks are completely different than shown on their image, the image shows the puma socks, the ones I received are blue stripe with just the word city on the front. Asked them to refund me and they refused, I have had to report them online, to Manchester city and to my bank to get my money back. They are selling items fraudulently. Do not buy from them.

Avoid absolute scammers, ordered a football kit and the quality was horrendous. The company refused my request to return, had to do a fraud case with my bank for a refund.

Neniy must be a scam company, there is no other explanation for the extremely bad service.
I made the huge mistake of not reading any reviews before purchasing. Lesson learnt and out of pocket.

Ordered a kids football kit and didn't get a delivery date. Chased this up few weeks later to get a quick reply stating kit would be in the post shortly and expect 10 business days....nearly 4 weeks later, no delivery, no reply to various emails and clearly attempted to be fobbed off with them hoping to receive item their end, before sending to me. From looking at reviews, pretty sure would have been sent a fake kit from China if delivered. Am looking to obtain chargeback from bank. Site using legit images of kits from kit manufacturers, in order give impression that their kits are not fake. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Kids England kit was FAKE dipite them saying on the website it was 'Authenticity: Official licensed merchandise for the season, ensuring true supporter pride'

Really disappointed. Poor quality numbers and no checks at all undertaken. We wanted number 18 and must have accidentally pressed a 9 as well - and got 189 - despite the face that no football shirts ever have 3 numbers. Wouldn’t do anything about it when I contacted them. Do not recommend this company. They are cheap but unfortunately you get what you pay for.

If , Trust pilot.com check carefully positive reviews then they will find out that they are fake. And nobody will buy anything from Neniy.com .Neniy.com is CON !!!!!!!

Nowhere does the website state shipping from.china actually states a UK based company! Will be getting onto my bank , defrauding people with their utter shit!!!!

Item took twice as long to arrive as advertised as actually shipped from China. Finally arrived and nothing like the pictures. Have tried to arrange exchange or return but repeatedly going weeks without a response. Wrote a review on their site and it mysteriously disappeared.. Avoid at all costs!!

Company I'd never heard before, but just bought something that's totally out of stock everywhere else. Got up to date shipping info and I really like what they sell, so will definitely order again. Also really nice to contact.

Manchester City kit for 9 year old - Christmas present for my grandson - he loved it! The size was as advertised; quality and fit both excellent.

Brought a couple kits one missing socks just totally ignored me after sending them loads of customers
But they sent them in the end

I purchased soccer Jerseys on the 23 of November. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. I made countless efforts to contact the shop to try track my order in time for Christmas. The number on the web page is invalid. Emails never never get responded. I can safely say I have defrauded of £90.00

Worst online shop ever

I ordered a football shirt and it took ages to come, now it has it smells really strongly of washing detergent even though it still has tags on it, I have tried to contact them but not heard anything back, I read the returns policy and apparently all refunds have to be scrutinised once returned and then paid for by the buyer which could be expensive.
I wish I had read these reviews first

Bought a football strip for my son's Christmas. It looks weeks to arrive, which was fine (I ordered early); however, the strip arrived without the socks! I have emailed several times and have been ignored, and now I'm going to have to give an incomplete present to my son for his Christmas.
