I bought the E10 with keyboard and mouse thinking I would use it more but no. After a about three months apps started to close by themselves and not work. I emailed and eventually got a reply saying it's down to the SD card and that I needed a faster one, I don't have one inserted. I reverted to do a reset to solve the issue. Lately the tablet has been locking itself leave just a black screen when switching on, it could take up to a minute to switch on. I also recently emailed Tech Support with a query but às of yet (4days) no reply. This is the second tablet I've had off them and not overly impressed, the first was refunded. Overall a decent tablet with loads of storage but far to many minor glitches

Whilst I adore my tablet, which I have had for a couple of years now, this review is for my recent purchase of new screen cover as my old one started to peel off. Sadly they were unusable as they were creased, I would suggest that you use a much more robust and sturdy packaging.I have had phone screens etc and they are already in a sturdy folder before packaging. Also please consider doing some in toughened glass.

I paid for next day delivery and not only did I not get it tge hext day but had to go to sorting office and pay extra postage as you had not paid enough postage.
When I did get the item - charging cables I found they did not fit my tablet. I emailed with pictures of my existing cable and asked if I could return the incorrect ones and have a replacement. I got a response saying that you didn't stock the cables I needed. You asked me to send pictures of the packaging thetems were sent in which clearly showed wrong postage plus pictures of the items received. This I did over a week ago and have not had a response. So it looks as if there is no return policy which is disappointing plus you haven't refunded the excess postage.

for the price this tablet is very good

Easy to order the tablet, set up and transfer from old iPad. Arrived on time and well packaged. I definitely like the Neocore better. I'll be saving up to buy partner one as it's easy for him to use as he's not up on technology.

It’s a good jod I did not read the review by someone called Blair. It was an obvious attempt to rubbish the company. My order and delivery were so fast I told my whole family. Because of the price we expected a very average tablet but in all honesty it’s as good as my wife’s Samsung. Well done to all at Neocore.

Love Neocore products and I recently bought a cover for my tablet I bought along with the keyboard and mouse but when I go away I find it easier to just put the tablet into the cover (and I bought my 8 yearold grandson a tablet and cover and he never puts his down) so I decided to buy one to make it easier to put in my bag to use on the train or coach. I travel alot and it makes it alot easier.

Easy to use. Good value. Still early stages. Can't download Barkleys app. Not compatible.

No reply to my email highlighting the problems I have had setting the Tablet up. Not a good impression from a company that continually advertise on my FB page

Easy to use. Good apps syncing.

The despatch and delivery were very slow. The case is poor quality and did not facilitate a physical connection between the tablet and the keyboard. I bought a separate case from Amazon which was able to achieve this. The connection between the Tablet, keyboard and mouse is unreliable when using the mouse so I now use the touch screen with the keyboard and it works fine. Having said all that I am happy with the tablet and these errors do not outweigh the value of the tablet. Any other issues are down to myself getting used to the Android/Tablet relationship. Overall I am happy

These neocore tablets are excellent value at the price paid. This is my second one bought over many years of faultless quality.

Customer service at first very prompt to my initial enquiry about a tablet which was promising. Tablet dispatched on 48hr but received after 144hrs, I appreciate that is probably Royal Mail problem. I didn't get on with the tablet in the end because of the aspect ratio, vendors often quote screen dimensions but this is not the same as an aspect ratio. It was like looking at a letterbox, I intended the tablet mainly for music scores editing for which a 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio is more comfortable. Returns process very slow, had to continually chase for an outcome after tracking confirmed delivery at a different address to Neocore's address shown on their website. That is one star down. Then it was two weeks to receive my refund (deduct another star).
P.s. have now found a tablet suitable with a better aspect (4:3).

Great tablet. From British seller. With updates. Unlike the Chinese stuff.

Tablet e2s well made with sturdy body. very responsive to touch screen very good picture sound very good would buy again if needed

The buying experience was okay. It took longer to arrive than I hoped - apparently somewhere buried in the email they send you it says "5 working days" but damned if I could find that even when I went to look.
To their credit, as I was going to be out of the country they diverted the order to Spain (for a reasonable cost).

The device itself is what you would expect from a very modestly priced tablet. Do not be fooled about the advertising that uses the term "Tablet PC", this is an Android tablet. That is not a bad thing, but do not expect a PC. It seems to be stuck on Android 13, which is now a couple of releases old, I would really have hoped by now it was upgraded to at least Android 14.

It performs pretty well, but seems to have a quirk that if it is left for too long it goes into a state where it can only be revived by a hard reboot (not a factory reset though).

The Bluetooth case, keyboard and mouse I got as part of the deal are okay. The way the case works it acts a prop for the screen so the keyboard can sit in front of it easily but cannot really be used as a "laptop" device with the Bluetooth keyboard. Fine if you want to use it on a desk though.

All in all a good, cheap Android tablet. If that is what you want (it was what I was looking for) then it does the job very well.

Not my 1st purchase from Neocore .
Although the last one was a few years ago .

Arrived super quickly..

Easy to setup & will test further as I am currently out of the country.
