Good team and a solid platform. Really recommend them.

I worked with a few agents before and Neofulfill is the best so far. Communication is good, they reply fast most of the time. Orders are handled right and when there’s an issue it gets solved without a lot of back and forth. At higher volume this stuff really matters. Feels like they actually care about my business, not just another account. Solid partner overall. Happy I switched.

The platform is clear and easy to use, both for me and my team. A lot of things are automated now, which saves time every day. Support team is fast and understands urgency. Whenever there is an issue or just something which needs more attention, Simon is ready to handle it. Also Miya has been the best. Very fast responding, and I mean fast, everyday. And Kamler is actually the first supplier who is honest with the quality. Being a general clothing dropshipper, quality is very important but not always promised. Kamler will be honest with you if a product is a good product or not. So do your quality checks! I have been working with Kamler for 4 months now and I am very happy. The only thing I am waiting for is an automated software :-) But they are working on it so I am excited for that!
