Honestly I thought ordering a custom neon sign would be complicated but the process was a breeze… a few clicks and a mock-up was delivered and perfect within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company! The sign arrived in perfect condition and took no time to install. It looks great in my office!

The signs themselves were great. But the Customer Service was really great as well. The process seems fairly easy using the website, but we ordered a large quantity by emailing our own designs in. That was process was easy as well. We were sent Proofs and Pricing. Jesus was very responsive and helpful and answered several of our questions. We also had an issue with one of the signs, and upon sending in photos, without any questions, they replaced that sign very quickly.

This was the second they did a very large neon sign for me and it was fantastic and my client was very happy.

Staff was able to put together the neon sign exactly how I wanted it. They were helpful in remaking the initial design after I made some changes. Furthermore, they kept constant communication and did an unbelievable job.

Far less expensive than alternatives and delivered a quality product! I looked around a lot, because we were very price sensitive and Neon Signs Depot will always be my go-to from now on!

This sign is amazing! I have it on a smart plug do it lights up at what ever time I have it set to, and then turns off at the end time.. every time it turns on I smile 😊.
