My journey with Neo Ross and the team began four years ago. At the time, I had a relatively successful career, yet it lacked a deeper sense of fulfillment. I found myself searching for more meaning, purpose, and true self-realization.

Since then, everything has changed.

I discovered a path that feels both meaningful and aligned with who I truly am. I began my own coaching career, made the decision to leave a job that no longer supported my personal growth, and now dedicate my work to helping others find their own direction through clarity, motivation, and purpose.

Over the years, I have attended numerous events organized by Neo Ross and the team. Each one has been a high-quality, transformative experience — consistently helping me take significant steps forward, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with the energy to pursue what I truly love.

The Breakthrough program with Neo Ross is a very well organized event with a well structured after event integration. I attended this program, because I felt stuck in my business for the last year. I was looking for a change, but did not know where to start. Neo's approach was very well structured. We started with understanding the source of intental motivation, how discipline relates to our values, exploring physics and it's relation to our perceptions. I especially liked meditations and designing a plan based on a new vision that I discovered during the program. However, the transformational part of the event on Saturday was overwhelming and tough for me. It lasted until 12 AM midnight and I got super tired. As a slow learner, I prefer slower process.

Now after 1 month I am happy to see the changes in my company. I introduced the internal motivation process to my sales team, and our sales results grew by 20% in one month. I am less stressed, I have a clear direction, and also I have a practical method to balance my perceptions when things are not going in the direction I want.

The three‑day seminar with Neo Ross was a powerful and insightful experience. Through the Demartini method, we explored personal values, emotional charges, and unresolved conflicts. The structure was intensive yet well balanced with guided visual meditations that supported the process. I attended the Breakthrough Weekend for the fourth time. This one was the most powerful of them all.

I truly worked on myself… and this time it wasn’t easy to unpack and understand my inner state. With support, I somehow managed to get through it.

I am deeply grateful to Asta and Reda for helping me along the way.

There were many tears, new experiences, and a deeper discovery of myself. Now I feel grateful for everything that unfolded within such a large and powerful group of participants.

I am also thankful to the entire Breakthrough Weekend team, and to Neo Ross, for such incredible work.

And finally, thank you to the Universe for bringing us all together.

For several years, I had been searching for an answer to how I could free myself from resentment and self-blame. In the last six months, after losing my mother, the guilt over whether I had done everything I could prevented me from even allowing myself to grieve. After the Breakthrough Weekend, having applied the Demartini Method, I am finally free from resentment and self-blame - I can finally breathe in peace and enjoy each day. And I have no doubt that by continuing to apply this method, I will go on living in the here and now, free from the shadows of the past.

The Breakthrough Weekend with Neo Ross team felt like a SPA for my mind.
A lot of new knowledge, new perceptions, new experiences and new wonderful people.
There were also uncomfortable moments - inner feelings that weren't always pleasant. But probably, without them, there wouldn't be any change.
I like it. And honestly, it's hard not to :) :) :)

My trip to Mexico was not just a vacation. It was a moment to pause... and truly feel. There was so much simple, yet real beauty - the morning light, the warm air, slow conversations, a kind of silence that isn't empty, but full. A feeling that everything is happening naturally - without rush, without pressure.
I deeply appreciate that subtle balance. Movement and stillness. Activity and presence. Morning yoga, time in nature, moments for myself and at the same time, easy, natural conversations with people with whom it simply feels good to be.
The evenings had their own unique aesthetic: beautiful, luxury, full of feeling.
And most importantly - I felt closer to myself. Without noise. With a clearer inner voice.
I returned with a very clean state of mind. With calm, lightness and feeling that life can be created differently - more conscioosly, more beautifully, more deeply.

I joined a organized trip to Mexico in February. It catered more towards the spiritual side of a balanced growth. Well tailored experience with the right balance of meditation, yoga, socializing and exploration.

The venue is truly unique giving an experience of tranquility and relaxation.

Excursions were interesting, a mix of wine&dine, musical, exploration and historical sites.

Will be return, which says it all.
