I am delighted to say Neotourism travel agency is one of the best . Their customer service agents are very friendly, helpful and polite. Recently, l purchased airline ticket and they have dealt with accordingly to my wishes. I would highly recommend this agency to all travellers.

Janet Davis is very helpful, friendly to her customer. My husband is happy with the service. Keep up the good work! Well done!

I had Janet help me with my booking. She was so helpful and a delight and made things very easy. Will use again

Very accomodating. Booked my flight right away.

For the amazing agent BIANCA, thank you for finding a great deal for us. So happy with the smooth process for booking our flight. Much appreciated.❤️

Great support and help from Rachel who is very knowledgeable and supportive when organising my holiday abroad. Would highly recommend her and this company.

I want to give a huge SHOUT-OUT to ANNA TAYLOR for making our booking an incredibly smooth experience! From the very start, she was super friendly and helpful, answering all my queries quickly and efficiently. I already lost count of how many times I've booked our flights with Anna. She's consistent and always willing to go extra mile to assist especially to the seniors (my great aunt and parents). We will definitely book with Anna again via Neo Tourism 😊

I would like to give a great review for my travel agent, Rachel Young. From my initial inquiry to the final booking, she were knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions, patiently guiding me through the options and helping me find the right holiday for my needs. Every arrangement, from flights to transfers, went smoothly and was hassle-free. I felt confident that my holiday would be a great experience, and it was. I will definitely be asking for ate rachel for my future travel needs and would recommend them to anyone! Kudos 🫶

Thanks to Emma Smith she gave me a cheap ticket.

Handling my upcoming travel easy with the help from Emma Smith who always there to assist me and if I have queries and questions , always giving me a hand and answers my queries . Thank you.

Neo Tourism is great.
Samantha is always very helpful.

I'm not feeling well today and so I missed my flight. Thanks to Emma, who provided the best option and booked me right away. Also, thank you, Jasmin, for checking on me and sending the E-Ticket.

I was happy from my experience yesterday. Emma was very helpful and patiently answered my questions.

The computer glitch we had on flights was quickly resolved at no extra charge. Something some other "well known" travel agents did not when the same problems occurred.
Jasmine could not have been more helpful, in fact I received a refund as the flight we requested was cheaper...

Absolutely appreciate all the help Janet Davis who has gotten me affordable tickets for my children 😊

I wana say its very helpul experience and they do everything to satisfy us. As much as possible they give us information for example, ask the airline staff is there any free hotel while waiting or is thete any chace to transfer plane instead of waiting. Thank you so much to Daniella and I will recommend Neo tourism
