I got to experience the trip of a lifetime with Santosh "Santu" Gauli as my guide! He made what could have been a strenuous and stressful trip a true joy! Having started my trek with way too heavy of a backpack, Santu helped me make arrangements to leave some of my stuff behind at the first tea house we stayed at, and I was able to retrieve everything conveniently on the way back.
