I have been working with Nerdpress for more than 10 years and can highly recommend them. They have worked tirelessly to keep my website up and running and have always been there to fix things I break and answer every question I have about my website.
They have been a valuable resource, and I have watched their business grow as my own business has grown.
I can't imagine not having them in my corner. Online publishing can be daunting, but knowing I have Nerdpress to help me gives me peace of mind and helps me sleep more soundly.

Patrick and Jamison have helped us through everything: fixing broken pages, popup issues, link updates, CSS problems, and they always go above and beyond.

Patrick has always been incredibly helpful and great at explaining things in a way that actually makes sense. Jamison has gone way above and beyond with important updates and making sure everything works correctly before anything goes live.

What I appreciate most is that they never make us feel like just another support ticket. They actually care and take the time to help.

Beyond the decency Nerdpress displays, they have never left me in the lurch when it comes to issues on my site. They are proactive in alerting me to downtimes on my site, are timely and cautious when updating plugins, and provide educational tools to help me gain more confidence with the "nerdy" aspects of my business.
The team is always courteous, professional, and insightful. I've never been made to feel dumb or like I'm not valued as a customer.

I’ve been a customer of Nerdpress for quite a number of years. At first, I didn’t hire them because I didn’t think I needed them. My partner is a software engineer, so why would I ever need a service like Nerdpress? Boy was I wrong.

I probably don’t utilize them enough, but just those few times during the year that a crisis happens, it makes every penny worth it. I can sleep at night, travel, get totally lost in work, or just enjoy my weekend and never have to worry that something might happen while I’m not looking.

Outside of crisis mode, every time I need a task done, they do it faster than I would ever think possible. They save me countless hours trying to figure out dumb little issues. Those small tweaks I want to make that would take me hours to figure out how to do on my own? They do it in minutes.

Even if the budget gets squeezed, Nerdpress would be one of the very last places I’d make cuts. Never thought I’d be saying that, but past me sure didn’t know what I needed.
