Awful company they don’t reply to your emails and the quality of the suitcases are shocking. They scratch easily. Poor customer service been chasing them for 2 weeks. AVOID

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The case lasted only 2 trips - so didn't do as expected - quality issues? No response at all to several emails sent to Customer Services so any warranty is worthless. We wouldn't buy again.

Hi Shirley - we are sorry to note the damage to your luggage which as this was during transit and is consistent with mishandling by airline groundstaff is not covered under the terms of our warranty as its not a manufacturing defect. In this instance we would recommend contacting the ticketing carrier to raise a baggage irregularity claim as airlines do have a duty to repair, replace or otherwise compensate passengers for damage to luggage in transit. We can see that our service team sent a response to you on the 07th April to this effect so maybe check your spam if this was not received

Ordering was easy on line and delivery was prompt. Packaging was good but not over the top and the case arrived in excellent condition. I had reason to contact the customer service team on another matter and they confirmed the status of my order which was helpful. I already owned a smaller Nere case in the same range so knew the quality was good. The larger case didn’t disappoint on that either.

Daughter spied a trendy lime green…
Daughter spied a trendy lime green stori cabin case on offer which she fancied for a planned trip next month. The order was placed, processed, dispatched and received within a few days - excellent service and communication throughout. Very pleased with the cabin case which definitely won’t go unnoticed with the bright and cheerful colour.
