I feel one thousand times more confident about breast feeding after this class. The videos and imagery our instructor shared were super helpful, and also got me excited to have my baby here. My only critique is that i wish we could’ve slowed down slightly. Grateful for this!!!

Loved my lactation consultant but hate the new 20min visit rule. Really just not enough time to talk and have a meaningful conversation. Feels super rushed.

Not only am I a patient with the service, I also send referrals to this service. It was great to have a session that not only addressed my questions as a first time mom/breastfeeder but also the extra insight I got into the program to pass along to potential referrals.

The help I received made a difference!
Both lactation consultants I met with, T’Errah and Sophia T., made me feel respected, capable, and confident. I have continued breastfeeding because of their help. It is still a journey, but I am at almost a month of breastfeeding because of them.

Your actual balance due, if any, will be determined once your insurance has completed their processing and applied their coverage. Behind the scenes, our billing team advocates for you to the insurance company, including filing appeals that may take months after your appointment. The majority of our patients pay $0 out-of-pocket for our services.

Very thorough with all information provided, there was no need to even ask my own questions as everything was covered 110%. The schedule is flexible to work with you and easy to setup appointments from start to finish. I was skeptical at first but learned so much more than I thought I would and so so happy I did these sessions.

Register told me 40 min online consultation will cost around $100 and told it's not going to be around $500. And I got bill $440 for 40 min online consultation. I feel deceived.

Warning
Just want to warn future moms. They kept calling me everyday, multiple times a day to schedule an appointment. After making sure insurance covered the course I gave into it. They split one class into two 30 minutes session to not “overwhelm me” and billed insurance 2-3 codes for each of those. This screwed me over for when it was time to get actual support postpartum when I struggled to breastfeed and needed it the most. I had used my maximum benefits after two weeks pp. Huge regrets and I will never get that time back :(
