Most of the data shared and talked about in call is for US and no other Country. as participants are from across the globe nice if some versatile data could be shared in terms of certification numbers.

This system is hard to use and hard to get into. I am not familiar to online classes so probably my fault but wish this system was a lot easier to use.

Instructor was very knowledgable & patient
When you put 5 creative minds in a room and expect them to all be taught Animate CC at the same training level, you have to have an instructor that can handle all levels of training and confusion, this instructor was exceptional and so very patient. We had the best experience throughout the entire process.

ITIL Webinar
I took the webinar as a quick review of what I had learned in the initial ITIL class that I took at Netcom (which enabled me to pass the ITIT Foundation exam by a safe margin on the first try). It was a good review for me. The presenter Mr. Howard was good, and Netcom encouraged questions.

Very knowlegeable and poignant
The presenter was quite knowledgeable and had a ton of real-life examples to substantiate each of the points he emphasized. I also thought that having the .PDF deck was very useful during the session. This allowed me to go back or pause on specific slides while in-session.
