Netduma continues to impress me with both their software and their service. I recently engaged with their team regarding some advanced troubleshooting and the experience was seamless. Fraser was incredibly responsive on the forums and provided clear guidance to get my setup back to peak performance. Most companies hide behind automated scripts, but Netduma offers direct access to experts who actually understand networking. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is the reason I will remain a loyal customer for years to come.

This company doesn’t have good product support. I bought the R3 and have some problems with the core features like Ping Optimizer which doesn’t work (among other things). They released a beta firmware in early access over a year ago, with no major releases. Now we have been informed that the Netduma team is working on new firmware for over a year, with no roadmap or release planned. Additionally, it isn’t clear if the firmware will fix the existing issues. Upon researching this further, I observed that all firmware updates for the Netduma products have been put on hold while this new firmware for the R3 is still being developed for over a year now. Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Netduma or Duma OS. They should rename to DumbA or Dumbas,
Never will i get someting that has netduma och duma os, Netgear has made many many broken routers because Netduma made a faulty update for many years ago and killed alot och NightHawk Xr700 an could never fixe it. Costing user alot of money
CRAP software

I have had the xr500 and went through all the problems with it so I thought I would upgrade to thr r3 and it is the same story constant problems and software or hardware issues frazer is always trying to help but seems it is not a stable router whither it be hardware or software they should offer us a free upgrade when they release there r4 if there is one being made hopefully they get it to work better and not have to constantly reset the router the features are good when they work

Bought and sold my R3 gaming router, don’t notice any difference to my bt hub which I’ve now plugged back in. Had the it since it was released and played around with it so much

As a part of the beta testers group, the router is naturally having some growing pains. But the team behind it and the product itself leaves me very enthusiastic about all that is and is to come.

It give me very good internet connection in the game

Feature packed gaming routers.
Iv owned the Netduma R1, R2 and now R3 meaning Iv been using the product for nearly the entire 10 years the company has been around. Essential for lag free p2p gaming connections but also plenty of other features not just gaming related like the Adblocker which is essential these days in my opinion. R3 & DumaOS 4 have evolved into the most seamless experience yet with a great user interface.

The NetDuma router is awesome. It is loaded with features and has high performance. The team regularly updates the firmware that can include community feedback changes. I would recommend the router to gamers and non gamers a like.

In general, the NETDUMA R3 operating system has a positive value. However, it does suffer from a constant memory leak that needs to be fixed. The memory leaks started right from the NETDUMA’s R3 release, and they have not been resolved for almost a year. This is surely a frustrating issue for users who have had to deal with this since release. I do believe that the next patch will solve this issue, but I have to be honest: It should not have taken this long.

A bad start to the r3 but the team at Netduma has helped worth the money

What's not to like about a router from Netduma? got the R1, XR500 and a R3 and the previous 2 still run flawlessly and even if something happens to the R3 that was recently purchased, got huge confidence I've got 2 back up routers in that will still perform

Purchased router, software issues from day one. The programmers failed to do a basic IP Table implementation which rendered the device useless, no refund allowable and they promised a software update, which they have now decided to not release due to new models being available. Worst support team and never buying a netgear/duma based router again.

El último router Netduma R3 no está preparado para su comercialización. Presenta innumerables problemas que vosotros mismos podéis comprobar en el foro que tienen.
A pesar de haber comprado su producto 1 año después de su salida al mercado, el router no funciona en nada. Las funcionalidades que tienen no mejoran la experiencia gaming, incluso la empeoran. Las velocidades de conexión descienden hasta en 10 veces por un problema que ellos mismos reconocen: no está preparado para conexiones VLAN + PPPoE como las utilizadas en España. Tiene un puerto USB sin funcionalidad ninguna. Carece de características básicas como un firewall o control parental. El producto empieza a bloquearse pasado un tiempo y tienes que reiniciarlo para que vuelva a funcionar.
Y estamos hablando de un router de 200€, nada más y nada menos. Los routers de las compañías, que bien es sabido que son muy básicos, funcionan mejor que este router.
Se me ha ofrecido la devolución del producto, pero no de los costes de envío y retorno, que ascienden a 50€ ni más ni menos.

Il router ha migliorato la mia esperienza nei giochi FPS. La mia connessione internet non è delle migliori e il Netduma R3 mi ha aiutato a risolverla dove possibile. Bisogna considerare che ci sono milioni di variabili nei gameplay FPS, quindi bisogna dedicarci un attimo di tempo per capire le migliori impostazioni per la propria connessione internet e, soprattutto, bisogna considerare che dipende molto anche dai server di gioco. Quindi trovando i giusti settaggi tra lo SMARTBOOST e il Geofiltro dei server, si raggiunge un'esperienza di gioco piacevole.

Router looks cool with RGB, easy to set up, interface is not harsh but not dull. Some of the features may be harder to understand but there are tons of tutorials and forums to get answers (albeit most of them are "do a factory reset" to fix issues). Performance has been very good with my 1GB/1GB home connection.
