SCAM/FRAUD - UNDER INVESTIGATION
(RELATES TO ORDER NO. 61F0) I attempted to purchase a Gold Monster 2000 on 29/4. Was sent bank details to transfer the money into a bank account under the name of Luke Alan Carlaw (red flag). Then was told this item was sent via "their"courier as an express delivery - 10 days later their "courier" marked it as delivered but no item. I contacted Netstra via WhatsApp and they said that the courier couldn't provide proof of delivery and they would refund me and send me another GM2000. I pushed them on the refund details and they sent me a fraudulent email from NAB saying they were performing a payment recall - I passed this to NAB's Fraud Team for investigation. Multiple scam reports now lodged (including a police report) and will now pursue ALL avenues to recover the funds. Letter of demand issued to Netstra via enquiryatnetstra.com.au with no response receive. Multiple Messages sent to Netstra via their support WhatsApp no. 0482 084 010 and they've blocked me.
