At the beginning the website worked very well, but since a few weeks it no longer paraphrases the texts and there is no way to contact customer service as the email I tried to send them was bounced.

I have used this for quite some time now and have always been happy with it, that was until yesterday, as when I try the prompt generator I only get the [[something went wrong - please try later]] I have tried many times now including today but still get the same message, so I sent them an email to the address shown on their site but it keeps being rejected, I then found a 2nd email but get the same thing happen, so just how are you supposed to contact them to try and this issue sorted out?
