Delivery was painfully slow. From the date of order to the delivery of the blinds took precisely one calendar month, 13th April ordered, 13th May delivered.
The original order acknowledgement email stated that, "Delivery times for each of our products are stated on the product page. Please note that all delivery times are quoted in *working days*. We politely ask that you do not call to query the delivery of your order before the due date." The product page stated that delivery would be in "10 to 12 working days" when it actually took 22 working days. I sent a polite email after 15 working days and got a reply the following day stating that the customer service department would check with the Factory Manager to get a delivery update. I was then told that delivery would be on Friday 8th May - nothing arrived. I emailed again that day, and then again on Monday 11th and eventually got a response blaming a delivery company error. The blinds finally arrived two days later. The blinds themselves - absolutely fine. Dimensions are perfect and the blinds look great. The only other bugbear is that the blinds arrived without any form of installation instruction whatsoever, not even a link to a video. I did manage to find a video on the manufacturers (Somfy) website and installation was straightforward after following that. However, I emailed as soon as I unpacked the blinds to say that there are no installation instructions - and that email was sent over two hours ago and I've not had any response. I did try telephoning the number on the website but that does not allow you to actually speak to anyone and refers you to contact customer services by email.
In conclusion, blinds are fine, customer service is poor.

Absolutely love their roller fly screens and the service is great. Kept me informed at all times, went above and beyond in getting me my final blind. We are now fly and mozzie free in the house, while still getting the breeze and keeping the house cool. Would definitely recommend.

The insect blind I ordered was the wrong size and because I had taken it out of its original packaging, I wasn’t able to return it. Double check you have measured correctly before ordering.

Ordered some brackets for click fit blinds. Dispatch was a little late. However, customer service kept me informed.

The product is good and works well the only comment I would like to make is keeping the customer informed with any holdups should be a higher priority the delivery date is important to the customer.

Product seems good and easy to install. Deducted 1 star as delivery was actually 4 weeks and not the 15 days stated when ordered. No contact from company until I chased the order.

Really pleased with our bathroom blinds. The materials are exactly as advertised ( sample).The bathroom fitters had no problems fitting them.
My one complaint ( only a minor one ) is there is no update made after the order is placed so you are left wondering what’s happening.

Very good quality Venetian blind made to measure delivered within days of placing the order. I've bought many products including pollen and fly mesh blinds from this company and they have all been great. Very good communication also.

Your engineer arrived on time and fitted trunking for our battery pack.

In principle these fly blinds are a great long term solution unfortunately my windows are not square so I had problems with gaps on the sides as well at top. Also the mechanism to make them drill free didn't work and I had to put screws in which had been allowed for thankfully. I ended up having to put draft excluder tape around 3 sides and also at the bottom sides where the blinds come down to the window cill. This is because one side is a cm longer than the other. To make them fit the mechanism to lower the feet is very fiddly and also causes a gap.
Once working, I have one stiff side due to wall, they work well and are easy to draw up/down when needed and to open/close the window.

Easy to order and the blinds look great, very happy.

I ordered a set of motorised wooden blinds from Newblinds and was delighted with the service. They kept me informed of the delivery date, and when the blinds arrived they were of excellent quality. I would definitely use the service again.

A great service. I was very pleased to find Newblinds made extra wide Venetian blinds which I could not find on other sites. The blinds were easy to order online, they arrived within three days and were good quality. I was a toggle short for one of the blinds so contacted them by email to ask them if they could send me one and to my surprise it arrived the next day. The only negative was the brackets for the blinds were difficult to click the blinds in to.
