I ordered around September 2025 and never received any order number or confirmation. What I do know is that they deducted from my bank account and went silent. They do not answer any emails nor have any active communication.
It is a complete scam do not order anything.

As everyone else has stated, this company offers pre-orders, delays and then stops communicating altogether so they can keep our money. DO NOT BUY from Newborn Studio Props.

I was excited when I found the newborn posing table 2.0 and pre ordered it May 2025, with expected shipment the same month. Received an email shortly after I purchased saying there were issues with tariffs and getting the product to the states so it would be delayed. I was not in a hurry and appreciated the communication. End of July I'm starting to wonder what the update was, as I had received a couple automated marketing emails from them, but nothing in regards to my purchase. So I emailed 7/31/25, no response, again 8/5/25, no response, then I submitted a message thru their website contact form, no response and finally another email on 8/11/25, no response, so at the end of August 2025 I filed a dispute with my bank and with Affirm. It's very unfortunate because I was really not in a hurry for this product, however, when I'm receiving zero communication on delivery updates AND zero responses, while giving them AMPLE time to reply, now I feel taken advantage of. They had my full payment and I had no product and no communication. I won't be ordering from this business again.

If i could give a minus i would. I made an order and wanted to cancel. 3 weeks on, 5 emails, 1 direct website form and insta message- and still no contact about how I get a refund.

No items delivered either- not that I want them as I tried to canceled 5min after purchasing.

Absolutely none existent service. Id be surprised if these were not scammers!

Paid for a pre order table in October. Received nothing by MARCH. They have lied about previously sending updates (I know how to search email and they did not). They REFUSE to refund and now won’t reply. I am out almost $1000 and have nothing.

This company boasts a great customer service policy, promising to respond to customers and resolve issues. Their website states: Our #1 priority here at Newborn Studio Props is your happiness. Which means we stand by our product 100%, no matter what. If you have a problem, we'll solve it. Refund it. Replace it. Mail it in and we'll fix it. Whatever it takes. Don't forget to reach out to our Customer Service Team. We're here for you."

Be we warned, this is not the experience you should expect with them.

I received a damaged prop and immediately notified them with photos. A week past with no reply, so I attempted to reach out again. Still, no response. Newborn Studio Props was given numerous opportunities to make this right and continuously refuses to address the issue, despite the guarantee statement on their website.

I paid extra in shipping to have this item shipped to me and all I have to show for it is a useless damaged prop.

I wish I had googled reviews on this company prior to purchasing because my experience is actually quite common. It's also likely the reason they have disabled reviews on Facebook. I am hoping this review pops up for other photographers so they do not purchase from this dishonest company.
