I’d wanted a dog my whole life and in 2023, my dream came true. I did a lot of research on what kind of dog I wanted and settled on a Cavapoo. I couldn’t find any breeders in Switzerland so I look further afield and found NewDoggy. Straight away I saw this cute Cavapoo and enquired… and then I saw another one with white fur round her nose. I asked the team the difference in personality, and they told me she was independent and loving, I was sold.

The whole process was smooth and easy, the team sending me photos and videos prior to her arriving.

When I drove to the airport to pick her up, as I approached an Air France plane flew over, I knew she was on that flight and burst into tears.

When I finally met Frankie, it was love straight away. We were a perfect match! Since that day in November, we have had many adventures and she has become a beautiful, funny, clever, cheeky and loving dog. She turned one last weekend and I am looking forward to many more years with her.

Thank you to the NewDoggy team for bringing this beautiful dog into my life. I still send updates to everyone from time to time because they were so kind, reassuring and had a fantastic service.

We saw a Maltipoo and decided that was the breed for us.

We live in Ibiza and knew there wouldn't be a local breeder, so we searched online and found newdoggy.com.

The website was new to us, but was laid out and they had a fe Maltipoos, and one puppy caught our eye.

We messaged for details, and we were contacted by WhatsApp. They sent us photos and videos. The decision was made!

The process was extremely well handled from start to finish. Once Richard was ready to be delivered, we were very excited. He arrived happy and calm and was everything we expected.

When we took him to be checked at the vet, they said his paperwork, vaccinations and health were perfect.

Our shiba inu Yumiko arrived in Jakarta perfectly healthy! Geza, Gábor and everyone else involved were very helpful throughout the whole process and continued to check up on Yumiko after her arrival.

I got the most amazing puppy from New Doggy and I cannot thank them more. Snowy my Coton de Tulear traveled a long way from Europe to Hong Kong, and New Doggy helped with all traveling and customs needs. I was informed and updated all along from the day I decided to take Snowy, and Géza and his team are just amazing people who really care about their dogs. Snowy arrived just as he looked, super cute, healthy, and with the best temperament. You can just tell he was very well taken care of.

The team made it very easy to get the puppy delivered to my country, took care of all the documents and veterinary procedures. They are easy reachable, researched the animal import law of Georgia so it was taken care of instead of me. But more important Céline got to me healthy and happy, very friendly, you can see that she spent first 4 month of her life with right people. My Céline the Cavapoo lives with me for a bit more then 2 month, but guys still regularly check on her via messenger, it’s a great sign, that they care about their puppies, as well as an opportunity for me to show how intelligent Celine is. We had a wonderful experience with Newdoggy. We bought two Hungarian Vizslas through them, a boy and girl littermates. The process was super easy and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything. They organized training for us so they would have some basics before arriving to us as week as planning out their travels. It was such an easy experience for us and the puppies. We the Gandhis from Dubai want to sincerely thank Geza and the Newdoggy team. We had bought a German Shepheard puppy from them. However, our landlord did not allow us the have the puppy at the building.
When we discussed this with Geza and Newdoggy team, they understood our problem and assisted us in relocating the puppy to a new family. Very regularly we get an update about the puppy, now a fully grown German Shepheard Dog.

It’s almost 4 months since MC the cavapoo arrived our home. We are truly thankful for the New Doggy team for taking care our little babe since last November. MC came fully pee pad trained and basic commands, as a first time dog owner, that really helped a lot! Their service didn’t just stop there, the team would also do follow up after his anrrival and answered all our questions in details. MC settled in around 2 weeks. So far, he is a very calm dog who loves to play with human and other dogs, and able to spend times on his own. All of our families and friends love him and say he’s a very good puppy. We are so grateful to have MC coming into our lives!
