Prompt shipping and affordable first saddle for my son who will probably outgrow it in a year or 2. Some of the tape did break during shipping so part of the horn was sticking out of the box. There were a few scuff marks and a red mark on the leather but for the money the saddle is a nice first youth saddle that will be used just at home. I would still recommend this store to others and would even purchase again.

Better than expected quality. The folks who have stated this is thin may be comparing this to a full leather model. I think this is a good weight for what it is.

For context, I'm preparing for a trip out to the Mojave this upcoming year and needed a light colored duster. Ordering from them was straight forward and simple, but the duster that arrived was the wrong color and came with a letter and a note that stated because the color I wanted was out of stock they provided me with an upgraded alternative instead.

The courtesy letter and substitution was greatly appreciated and the duster itself was of excellent quality and build, but I ended up returning it because I need the lighter color specifically. The return process was simple, their support team sent me the return labels and I got the duster repackaged and sent back a few days later, got my refund, and am now awaiting notification for when that lighter color duster is back in stock.

The only thing I'd dock a point for isn't something that I'm sure is even their fault, so I won't. Having access to the information on if a specific color of item is out of stock before purchase would help save hassle for both their staff and the customer in the long run so you don't have to deal with the logistics of shipping things back and forth if the customer doesn't accept the substitution that is offered to them.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the company and the product they sent me for the price tag was well worth it.

I ordered the wrong size jacket(I thought). I returned for a smaller one ,but smaller one was alittle snug. So had to reorder the first size again. The return process was good and I now have the jacket that fits.

Saddle is great quality for the price. Received several days earlier than anticipated.

To communicate better. I was told that a return label but weeks went by and no label. I had to go pay to get it printed out after paying ya'll $15.

Actually the whole process of ordering by phone. Very helpful lady/ sales agent, clearly understood the whole process including delivery. We love the quality of the duster too. Thank you.

I had no problem from New England Tack. The saddle I bought is not the highest quality, The fender did not slide well when I shortened the stirrups, the leather gets stuck in the tree causing a little hump up by the underside of the tree. It also said QH bars but it is semiQH bares, gullet is only 6" debating if I should return

The saddle arrived really fast! I ordered it on a Tuesday night and had it on Friday. The color (pink) was lighter than in the picture... the picture made it look red. But we wanted it to be pink, so it's perfect. And New England Tack had the best price you can find for this saddle.

I ordered the wrong size which was promptly replaced. The duster runs, apparently, very small, but I experienced no problems returning it for a new larger size. Great outfit to deal with.
