Great process and survey Provided.

Couldn't have been easier to work with Gerard and his team. I was booked in well within the time frame i wanted. Given an informative and clear survey report on the property and received a phone conversation with some honest opinions and a translation into laymans terms of what i was taking on.

I first came across New Forest Surveying when Gerard came to survey my own property on behalf of the buyer. During that the visit I found them to be very personable, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. I have just used New Forest Surveying for the second time on my own house purchase and again from start to finish they are thoroughly professional and easy to deal with.
From contact with Hannah the survey was organised in a very timely manner and carried out very carefully with a verbal report on the day and a full and very detailed report within a couple of days. Very highly recommended.

Really excellent service. Gerard did an excellent job of surveying the property, allowing me discuss on the phone ahead of the survey, the areas where I had concerns or I required him to pay particular attention. He then phoned me after the survey had been carried out and talked me through his findings. The 91 page written report arrived a couple of days later and was comprehensive, including a number of recommendations for additional investigations. Hannah was equally efficient in setting up the survey liaising directly with agents and vendors to ensure everyone was briefed. Will definitely use New Forest Surveying again.
