Newlands Sports Reviews

Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

As always great service quick and helpful

Quick delivery got what I paid for - can’t complain

Great customer service highly recommend. Amanda and Peter were very helpful.

Newlands Sports is the place to visit if you value exceptionally good service, experience and knowledge when looking to purchase sports equipment. They primarily specialise in cricket, hockey and rugby, but also stock equipment for football, racket sports and fitness and nutrition products. I have shopped with this ‘cricket family’, business for years now, and always leave with everything I need plus more! Amanda is a pleasure to deal with. She has consistently supported us whilst purchasing girls and women’s cricket equipment over the years .. I don’t think there’s anything she doesn’t know about cricket! The store is situated in Langley Moor Durham with parking just outside. During busier times I recommend parking in the Tesco car park opposite (30 second walk), or Lidl car park (1 minute walk).

Excellent service from the store owner, very upfront with everything I asked and very knowledgeable, will definitely be back for more items when required

Helpful member of staff, excellent choice of equipment. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic…. Brilliant shop, very knowledgeable staff, great products some of which are hard to find elsewhere. Super customer service.. will 100% be buying from here again. Faultless.

Really friendly staff, had loads of bat, spikes and pad brands which is good to see as you don’t get many cricket shops who can offer the wide array of items as newlands can. Got exactly what we needed.

Great family run business with plenty of knowledge and excellent customer service

Fantastic customer service and helped answer every question I had. Highly recommended!

Got my son kitted out for the first time for the new cricket season. Libby was extremely helpful and my boy is very happy. Excellent service.

Returning customer always greeted with great friendly customer service, the equipment they have in store is great quality and also excellent value for money! See you again soon

The lady was incredibly helpful, she managed multiple customers while meeting my every need. The shop had all the equipment for a range of different sports, and the shop is close by to my home. I loved the friendly atmosphere- Sam aged 12

Great shop, wide range of kit in shop. We went in for cricket equipment for our daughters and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or patient with us as we decided what to purchase. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, we will be back!
