Do not use this company the sales person Johnny is very rude and has a political views folder when he’s supposed to be here talking about windows. Bill the owner is very rude and abrupt on the phone if questioned about things. Very pushy.

I purchased a new front door from Newlook and was very happy with the experience and quality of the door.
I even changed the colour after my initial choice and it was changed without any fuss or issues.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company or recommending them to others.

I recently had a couple of windows replaced by Newlook Installations, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and exactly as promised by Bill.
Josh arrived on time, was friendly and polite, and took great care to keep both the house and garden clean and tidy throughout the installation. The quality of his work is outstanding, and the finished windows look fantastic.
Communication was clear and straightforward from the beginning, and they delivered everything we had agreed. A special thank you to Bill and Josh for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.

I just had the rear cladding completed on my apartment and I am beyond impressed. The company is fantastic and truly went above and beyond. Phil was an absolute machine—he worked so hard all day and his attention to detail was spot on. I genuinely can't praise them enough for such a great job. If you need cladding done, look no further! First class job from start to finish everything that was promised was delivered and completed. My job was a complete set of facias and soffits all guttering and downspouts all the way round our bungalow which is 76 metres in distance. Dave the salesman was not pushy he worked everything out and we negotiated a price that was acceptable to both. Work started at the date promised and we were told 3 days and 3 days it was Josh the guy who did the work was great and this is what makes the difference between tradesmen he tidied up every day before he left, his work is second to none and I would and will recommend both Josh and the company most highly and guess what no trying to make the job more expensive from unforeseen problems. Bill one of the bosses came round to see us once the work had started to make sure we were happy with everything and we were. All in all a good straight forward company that we will positively recommend.

John is very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. We could not recall when the last was I met very honest, open, kind and helpful technician like John. We cannot thank you enough for the very professional and personalised discussions on my window issue.

The quote is competitive. They are flexible with payments and timings.
They keep you up to date all through the process and they pitch up exactly on time.
The fitting team are friendly and efficient, and they tidy up to perfection.

We recently had replacement upvc windows fitted by this Company. The service we received was excellent.The installation of the windows was very efficient and all waste materials cleared away when finished.We would recommend this Company.

Recently had windows fitted to the front of the house, excellent product, friendly team and Josh the fitter was excellent, no mess and very tidy, very pleased.

Bill rang me to make a date for the work he said Thursday morning , the lads came at about 10-30 am and at 12-30 they had finished and cleaned up , great job done minimum fuss and disruption

Had a door and verges fitted. Despite having issues with the original builder, Bill and co. managed to turn it around and get both fitted to a very high standard and made adjustments to accommodate at every step.

A great job, done promptly by friendly people all the way. The only complaint I have is that they could not control the weather (sarcasm) for the original installation date for the fascias, fittings and gutters.
Cleaned up before they left without being asked.

I had some new soffits, facias and guttering fitted to replace the very tired originals. Newlook provided a competitive quote, and the installers worked hard to match the new items to some of the existing guttering that wasn’t being replaced. Friendly guys and good customer service, I would recommend Newlook to anyone.
