Paulo called us and asked for lots of details about my son. He fully explained the process and booked us in. He called my son and fully explained it to him too. He made what could be a complicated experience very easy.

He was able to explain everything to me in detailed but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it the day they signed me on due to family issues but he was able to rearranged it for me to another day. I had a really positive experience speaking with Paulo over the phone. He was incredibly helpful and informative, patiently answering all my questions. I really appreciated his friendly and professional manner. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, I wasn't able to move forward, but I would definitely reach out again in the future if the opportunity arises. He also managed to get my refund back too. Paulo made a great impression!

This was so much out of my comfort zone but the team were great.
Paulo was incredible. Very much on the ball throughout the process which was v refreshing.
The next stage is really where we will see how effective this is but a really positive start.

Took my son to the Manchester studio…
Took my son to the Manchester studio for a photo shoot and to start up a portfolio. We were unsure of what to expect as it was massively out of our comfort zone doing things like this but our experience was great. Started the ball rolling by a called from Paulo who is so postivie and full of energy, arrived at the Manchester Studio, staff were happy and attentive with my son. He enjoyed himself and left with a positive experience.

I think it went really well. Everyone was respect and kind. I would recommend trying this out even if you think you can’t do it. They are supportive and helpful. Paulo was very helpful on the phone as well made me feel comfortable about going and gave me information about what to do!!!

It was unforgettable, unbelievable moment. Once I entered into the studio first thing I realised it's safe,friendly and comfortable place. The team members are so nice to me and guide me. when I was infront of the camera , it was wow.. He made me more relax and caught my movements gorgeous, thank you so much.
