In the dozen times I've ordered, I've never had one issue. The only time I contacted support was a question about shipping and it was answered quickly with a friendly, personal touch. That is why I took the time to write a review (something I normally never do or even consider).They appreciated me as a customer and I appreciate them as a vendor and would recommend them without hesitation.

Incredibly expeditious in dealing with a product that appears to have been lost in transit by re-shipping a new item promptly and courteously. Fantastic customer service so far, and I can only hope their product is of similar quality. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a customer of NewMind for a while and order there products on a regular basis. From my first order to the recent one I received today, they remain consistent. The customer service support I recieve is what I appreciate the most, they are always there to help or
accommodate my requests. Shipping is extremely quick and off many levels of free shipping. They offer great products at fair prices, and a loyalty program which give you better prices the more you buy. The discount level I'm at, puts there prices below any other I can find, and there is more I can earn.

Newmind is the most efficient, reliable, and caring (in terms of customer support) business there is. Their product(s) are of perfect quality, never had once an issue. I have had some problems with Newmind's orders in the past, being a frequent customer. After contacting them with any concerns they were always very happy to help even if it meant reshipping a lost parcel. I have been a customer for longer than I can remember and feel like I am dealing with friends. At those times when I have needed customer service they have responded quickly and effectively for me.

I placed my first order last week and I made the mistake of putting in the wrong zip code.I emailed them and I got a response immediately to correct it.now it was sent to THE wrong zip code and i emailed them again.I got an instant response and they fixed it.I got the new package for right zip code the very next day.The staff went above and beyond. They have a nice selection and I will use Newmind again.

I have ordered from NewMind on average twice per month for the past year or so, and the customer service is top-notch. An example of this was last week when I ordered a product to be shipped by UPS for Saturday delivery because I had to be out of town after that for a week. When tracking indicated the order had not been picked up and was not scheduled for delivery until Monday, I contacted NewMind customer support. Within an hour a representative responded and shipped the product to be received on Saturday, and it was delivered that morning. I am a real customer and can speak to the fact this company stands by its products and will do what it takes to make you happy.

I placed my first order last week.. after 3 days i noticed it was returned to shipper by our customs.. contacted newmind, offered me a quick reship of my ordered products.

I have ordered repeatedly from NewMind I must say I have always been very impressed with the most excellent service that I have received. Their products and packaging have been of consistently high quality and their customer service has been professional and friendly. It is easy to see that the people running this company really care a lot about their customers. They have gone out of their way to make sure that I was able to receive my shipments quickly and have absolutely exceeded what was required of them to make sure that I was well taken care of. Their prices are very competitive and they even offer discounts as part of a loyalty program for return customers! Through kindness and professionalism NewMind has been quick to remind me that they are a wonderful team of compassionate people who always treat me like a valuable person.

One cannot go wrong with NewMind. First off they have a very quick and efficient billing/shipping system. Their products are top-quality. But most importantly, they place incredibly high value on the relationships they have with customers. I shall spare you the boring details but basically my computer had a hiccup and I accidentally placed two orders simultaneously, Bob was spot on when it came to rectifying the situation. Thanks to Bob, I shall never shop anywhere else. Why would I, if I wanted to gable I'd go to a casino!
