Another drop shipping business selling cheap products at a markup with zero accountability
I ordered a pair of Tabi Mary Janes expecting a premium product based on the marketing, price point, and overall presentation. What I received was the complete opposite. The shoes were cheaply made and drop shipped directly from AliExpress (yes the postal label and packaging have this written on it), with absolutely no quality control.
The shoes arrived on July 14 and more than three weeks later they still reek of chemicals. I’ve tried airing them out multiple times, but the smell is so strong it is noticeable from across the room. That alone makes them completely unwearable.
Beyond the smell, the construction is unacceptable. There is excess glue inside the shoes that causes sock fibers to stick. The glue on the sole is already lifting, creating a gap between the upper and the base before the shoes have even been worn. The sole is misaligned and glued far up into the toe area, causing a visible indent and making the shoes extremely uncomfortable to wear.
Customer service has been disappointing and takes no real responsibility for the issue. Despite the clear evidence that this product is defective and not as advertised, they continue to hide behind policy instead of taking accountability.
I will never recommend ordering from this so called “brand”. What you see online is not what you receive, and if there is a problem, you will be left to deal with it on your own.
