SCAM.
I paid £8200 for my electrical course and never finish it. they always book us in after 3-4 month of waiting, and i run out of my course. and same with the other students. If any of you are interested to colaborate and sign up for an electrical course avoid them and ERR. It a SCAM and you will lose all the money with useless teachers and not helpful at all .

My practical training was rescheduled without my agreement and I was only informed via a single email, which went straight to spam. No phone call, no follow-up — despite them having my contact number. Because of this, I was marked as a non-attendee for something I had absolutely no knowledge of.

When I contacted them, instead of resolving the issue, I was told the next available slot is not until August — several months later. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organisation and responsibility.

The waiting times for courses and exams are already far too long, and this situation has now pushed my entire course timeline back. I am now at risk of paying additional money just to complete a course I have already paid a significant amount for.

For the price they charge, the level of communication and support is extremely poor. Everything is handled through basic admin emails with no real care for students.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this provider and look elsewhere. This has been nothing but stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.

Paid in full , suspended the course for personal resons,
no way to restart the curse , no help with getting back to it, waste off money .
i would not recommend to any student.

Awful company take you for every penny possible and give the bare minimum help. I implore anyone thinking about starting a course here to avoid them!

brought a electrician course in 2021 had a zoom call with steve harrison who told me it would take up to 3 years to get my gold card but there no time limit to complete the course, due to personal reasons i been unable to do the course. Now i am able to start it im told i have lost the right to do so due to it being 3 years even though i was told there was no time limit. i have never missed a payment and paid nearly 8000 in total i was told i can have an extension for a year for £400 but i wouldnt be able to complete it in the year? how does that make sense? please avoid this company at all costs!! no communication at all dont contact you to let you know anything no tutor communication to let you know you need to be taking part. sell you a dream that its at your own pace. i will be taking this to a solicitor to see where i stand.

Scam, took my money, offered zero support like i was promised. complete ponzi scheme.

Signed up a few years ago and sold a dream at first all seemed well then after a certain time I had a health and safety test which was impossible to pass after so many attempts I was given a written test total joke but I pass and was offered a place at the centre I have no problems with the tutors I got on well with all of them but found they had more time for the better students and ignored them who were struggling. I completed all the weekends followed by a week to then find I needed a portfolio and it was my responsibility to find someone to pass my work off which was almost impossible after I was offered to go on site to find the closest was In Sunderland and id need 3 weeks off work. When I signed up I was told all
Practical work was at weekend they forgot id nee to be at centre 7 weeks which ain’t east when you’re in full time work the biggest lie told was there was no time limit to find our I had 3 years. Luckily for me I came into money and cleared the debt they got me into and I’ve put it down to a very bad experience. Advice stay clear of this company

Total scam err and carnegie works together to lure people into their fraudulent loan agreement. STOP THE PAYMENTS AND BLOCK THEM

This is a definite scam/ ponzy scheme, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there will be plenty of legitimate colleges out there

They cant do anything if you stop paying and if they were to do something such as take legal action and take you to court, there is PLENTY of evidence of scam and fraudulent activity and also the judge will obviously be suspicious as to why the finance company is taking so many people to court

Stop paying them they cant do anything apart from send letters and make debt collectors send letters to you and scare you thats all they can do, nothing else. BLOCK their numbers too

The customer service team are the most rude unhelpful people I have ever experienced.

EVERYONE PLEASE REPORT THE THEFT AND FRAUD TO THE POLICE AND THEN GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

THEY CAN NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS.

Been a victim as i fell for their BS.They are only interested in draining you dry which is their main goal.

This firm is a massive scam,got stuck with my mock tests even though I was inputting the right answers,to find out that someone else was in the same situation and the reason behind it is so that they can force you to pay more once your loan agreement been ended.The sale advisor done everything and anything so she make sure I'm approved for loan basically telling me what to say in order to get accepted.Took it to FOS they can't do anything basically it's a legalised scam.Avoid

Horrible company take the £7000 never provide any help or any resources to help with study, so unprofessional customers service, they are a scam company.

absolutley dreadful £8000 wasted on just getting a diploma and i will be going to a solicitor asap to see what can be done about this was my deposit and life savings for a house and i will not have it taken from me by these scammers

I have been with this company for my level 2 and it’s absolutely rubbish in terms of what they provide. This company is made to take your money and don’t give a crap about your progress. Customer service is rude and only setting behind their tables looking to take your hard earned money.
