They're great to start out with they tell you all the things you want to hear got my first delivery of the first 3 months? Then they were supposed to send out the second 3 months and never received. They told me there was a problem with shipping. They had to switch to a different pharmacy.
Then it was in a different state. Now, I can't get uphold of anybody. I reached out to support for help. No answer.
They told me they would refund my money and still make sure I got my medicine. I still have not received. UPDATE: after all the not answering my calls they overnighted my meds just received.

So, I've been with this company for a few months... shipping has ALWAYS been an issue. But, you would get your meds, and move on to the next month. Well, this time, I STILL haven't gotten my meds! They did refund my money after 2 weeks of BS answers, but also said my meds were still coming.. Somehow, their "Drs" always prescribe at like 2-4am?? I've NEVER been "seen" by any of them.. I've been told this last week that the pharmacy filled my meds, but UPS hasn't picked them up🤷🏻 Obviously something with this company is NOT legit! Do not waste your time or money!! It wouldn't let me pick NO stars, or I would have!!!

I am on week 3 of month 2. I really like this company and you can ask them a question anytime and they answer pretty quickly! The first month, I did not lose anything but so far, this month I have lost 5 pounds. I am taking the Tirzepatide. After 4 months if I do not lose much I am going to switch to Semaglutide as that is closest to Wegovy. I loved the Wegovy!!!!!!!!

The customer service and support team exceeded my expectations. I've been using Nexa Vitality for several months without any issues, so I rarely needed help. However, when I finally did need assistance, their team was incredibly helpful, respectful, and communicative. The experience was seamless and I truly appreciate how they helped me stay on track with goals.
Overall a decent experience and the price wasn't bad
I requested Semaglutide therapy on October 21. The process was pretty straight forward. I filled out the form and saw a provider the same day. The consultation was through the portal and quick and easy. The only issue I had was with the shipping. They originally indicated 2-3 business days but it took 4 days to get to me. Otherwise, great service. My meds came to me through Hallandale but I think they work with a few different pharmacies.
