WE ARE A SMALL DOCTORS OFFICE AND WE SCHEDULED TO HAVE RECORDS/OLD E.O.B.'S SHREDDED, HAD 7 BOXES. ASKED THEM TO COME BETWEEN 9-11 A.M. BECAUSE WE START TO SEE PATIENTS AT 12, WELL WHOEVER DID THE SCHEDULE PUT US DOWN AS A COMMUNITY SHREDDING FOR THE HOURS OF 9-11 A.M. GAVE THE DRIVER OUR CHECK AND TODAY RECEIVED AN INVOICE BY E-MAIL ASKING FOR PAYMENT. TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO CHECK WITH THE DRIVER BECAUSE IT WAS GIVEN TO HIM.

I have only dealt with Nexcut a few times and they have been very accomodating when I needed them.

My service was great, my invoice was not. I was charged for two services and only received one.

They were on time, very professional, very courteous employees.

I often have to wait a few weeks for a pickup which is inconvenient when my bin is already at capacity when I call for a pickup. I also feel as if this company has no idea who I am whenever I call despite being a customer for many years. Some of the drivers have been less than pleasant. If I could find a reliable shredding company closer I would switch.
