I ordered an XL size hoodie with free tee shirt ( never received, still). The sizing is terrible, so I returned the XL , ( which they have received) to get s refund. They say hoodie not received, so after 3 months wait, no refund and no free tee shirt. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM 😒

I wouldnt even rate it as one star, the items are of very poor quality the sizes are shocking, material is cheap and nasty. Don't expect your free tshirts either as I am still waiting for them 4 months after I ordered. Save your money because the company royally rip you off by not sending your full order. Very poor customer service.

Advertise good deals r.g buy a top get a free T shirt that never appears. Have sent them 7 emails and still waiting for goods. Scam company...avoid at all cost!

Missing items, sizing not great. Dubious as to whether anything goes to charity as shipped out of China which isnt clear when ordering as its front as UK shop.

Rubbish service, XL top big enough to fit a 5 year old and no T-Shirt total scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a hoody and t-shirt. Only received the hoody. Very poor quality and sizing. Paid £8 for shipping, which took almost a month. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money on this scam. Using a good cause to swindle people.

Disgusting company, who uses mental awareness to rob your money. Never did recieve the order. Emails keep failing as undelivered. Don't spend a penny!!

I received goods both tops small enough for my 10 year old granddaughter not the 3 XL I ordered and did not receive free t shirt neither as it is for mental health I disgusted they think its ok to scam people like this.

It would seem that this company is an absolute scam and using mental health to promote sales.
I ordered with the understanding that some of my money would go to charity!!

Poor quality, missing items and bad communication. After reading other reviews it looks like everyone has had the same experience. The minute you demand a refund they ignore your emails.

Please don’t order from this company, you wait over 5 weeks for an order and then it’s missing the t-shirt and very poor quality.
Ignored when sent emails.

Disgusting company scammed me!! The product was cheaply made ripped soon as I got it didnt get the tshirt they was giving free with it and then ignored me when I asked about it I would definitely stay away from this company they thrive off people thinking there getting a good deal but infact its very very low quality and thats if you receive it!!.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ridiculously long lead time ( I didn’t realise they were shipping from China as not made clear on ordering). Part of order (the free t shirt was missing and they now say it’s “out of stock”. Horrendously bad response to emails and finally the sizes are no way anywhere as big as they should be. Don’t order from this company- Rip of merchants.

Been after one if these hoodies for a while saw the offer. Ordered, within minutes I saw the reviews, cancelled payment pending with the bank and cancelled my card. They took the money the next day. Tracking number doesn't exist. Can't get any reply from customer services. Doubt it will ever turn up. No delivery info. If it does ever arrive I fear it will be poor quality as others have said. I would AVOID !!!!

Do not used this store under any circumstances. Ordered sweatshirt and tee. Sweatshirt arrived wrong size and very poor quality. Months later and am still waiting for the tee. Have emailed many times and have been told the missing item is "out of stock" , "it was posted yesterday", "we will need to check with the carrier" Do not waste your money on this site, total scam.

Pity can’t Zero Stars—Mental Health Brand but Zero Care for Customers
It’s been over a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything. After taking my payment, the company has gone silent. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times only to be emailed its on way or given useless responses. It’s disappointing that a brand supposedly built on mental health awareness treats its customers this way. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Don’t touch this company with a barge poll tried to cancel order within 1 hour told me I cannot now question why I ordered they are rude and could not care less am going to apply to bank for refund has they won’t give it PLEASE AVOID

Avoid this company!!! When the sweatshirt finally arrived it was labelled as a large but was too small. When I contacted them I was told that I had to return it to China!!! I then checked the measurements and discovered it was in fact a medium size. I have emailed them have not received any response. I was also supposed to receive a T shirt. That never arrived.
