This is a shout out to the rep who helped me, Henry HC. I received the wrong order at first, but it was quickly corrected with another shipment and refund.

Both the first delivery and corrected delivery arrived within two business days with no extra cost (compared to other competitors like 1800 contacts). Overall an A+ experience.

I usually order from Costco but it takes 7-10 days and I was out of contacts due to an RX change so I thought I would give Next day contacts a try. Super business came just as fast and easy as ordering them. It was worth it. I will definitely order again. I was able to snag a coupon which helped with the cost and they have deals if you buy more

They did very good with our senior hoodies for our class of 2022

Ordered on 28th September and still not arrived. I contacted on 7th October and was told they would refund delivery cost and upgrade delivery. Still no lenses and communication is shocking.
Tried to ring in the open times and the lines are never open.
Scammers.
Avoid!!

My contacts have still not arrived from an order placed 5 days ago… so much for next day contacts

Ordered Contacts On Thursday 8/26/2 At 8am. It is now 8/28 and still have not received my contacts. My son is down to his last pair. The mail does not come on Sunday So I'm guessing they will come on Monday? So it's Should be called Next Day Contacts Sometimes?

UPDATE: They corrected the problem. Worked hard to get me another pair the next day. Great with corresponding via text BUT ordered on Friday and didn’t get them until after 6 on Monday, The box wasn’t sealed and was ripped open. Surprised they were still in the box.

Spent extra money than normal here to get my contacts quick. Placed my order before the cutoff time to receive them next day with a decent margin. Also placed the order on a Wednesday because I know they don’t deliver on weekends. Got an update from UPS saying they’re delayed because NextDay Contacts didn’t get my order to them in time. Disappointing. And their customer service won’t answer me. I’ll stick to the place I ordered from before.

Delivered as promised! I ordered my contacts at 12:30 PM PDT and received them the next day at 6:30 PM PDT.

Excellent! I live in California, US, contact lenses were shipped out of UK , arrived within a week. Fast shipping and product was in excellent condition. I'd definitely recommend and will order again. Also, the customer service is great, they always replied to my emails on a timely manner.

I ordered Thurs night and received contacts Monday. Simple and easy! I suggest ordering before Thursday evening if you want next day delivery.

I ordered my contacts on dec 16. But since I ordered them after 3 pm they arrived today dec 18. Good service overall.
