I love next day sofas . They were easy to use and very easy to communicate with excellent customer service .
Our sofa is exactly as advertised and we are very pleased.

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience! I had been looking for a 2 seater sofa for some time and came across Next Day Sofas on my search on the internet. Having read the great reviews I had a look at their what they had on offer. There was so much choice and such lovely colours available.
It took me a while, but eventually I chose my sofa and started ordering. Sadly it was out of stock and a message appeared to ring the office, which I did. I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful lady. She advised that more stock was on it's way within a couple of weeks and still at the sale price. I was delighted.
True to her word I received an email to advise the sofa had arrived and the delivery company would be in touch to sort a date and time. What a superb system, as within 48 hours I had been contacted with a date and time for delivery and along with a phone call an hour before it arrived I could not have asked for better service and excellent communication.
And the best bit of all....the sofa is beautiful. It's a gorgeous colour, really comfortable and I love it.
I definitely recommend you take a look at Next Day Sofas as I am sure you won't be disappointed.

No issues at all
Great communication on delivery and what to expect. The sofa is exactly what I wanted. I didn't need Next Day, nor did I expect it as I ordered on Christmas eve, but the company kept in touch and it was very quick compared to other companies. They put it together (left the box in case of return) and I've had no issues.

Great chair, ordered with warranty which started 21st dec, which is before I got the chair.
Will order from again… would prefer boxes to be taken away

Good emergency sofa delivery
After being let down repeatedly by another company I found myself sofa-less with Christmas coming up and family coming over. I ordered a sofa from next day sofas and I did indeed receive it the next day. Palleted delivery, well secured, good communication confirming the delivery. Great for all your sofa emergencies and non-emergencies alike.

The only reason I'm giving 5☆ is due to…
The only reason I'm giving 5☆ is due to the outstanding customer services. Its a completely different story regarding their products. Their sofas are cheap looking ,poor quality and have many missing parts after spending £600 for a sofa I was looking forward to it's arrival but was hugely disappointed. This sofa was the second I had purchased from two different companies and both had defaults, I'm still waiting for the refund from the first company but NEXT DAY SOFAS issued a full refund the same day.
The customer services promptly issued a refund on Friday and this went back to my payment method today.
My advice is don't buy sofas that come in a box from any seller as they are cheap rubbish .
Yet again I would like to thank customer services for their swift action with issuing a full refund.
