I'm so delighted with my lovely Fairfax 2 seater sofa. Beautiful quality, so comfortable and the design is timeless.
Fitted into the tight space I'd allocated exactly (so measurements were spot on!) And I'm now the envy of all my friends.
I wanted it assembled for me, so I didn't mind waiting that bit longer for delivery. The 2 men were friendly and efficient, and completed the task quickly.

Complaint against Next Day Sofa
I purchased a set of sofas (one 3-seater and one 2-seater) from Next Day Sofa. After only 6 months of use, the 3-seater sofa developed a defect. A technician was sent to my home and the company promptly replaced the sofa.
However, after 1 year and 2 months, the 2-seater sofa developed the exact same issue. Another technician came to assess it and informed me that the sofa would likely be replaced, as it was a similar defect to the previous one.
To my surprise, I later received a call from the company saying they would not replace the sofa, accusing me of having damaged it with a key. This accusation is completely unfounded and unacceptable. I have always taken great care of my furniture, and it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect or poor product quality.
I am extremely disappointed with the company’s stance. At first, they showed good customer support, but now they refuse to take responsibility for the defect. I feel disrespected as a customer and harmed by this lack of care.
I strongly urge Next Day Sofa to reconsider this decision and honor their commitment to quality and respect for the customer. Otherwise, I will take the necessary steps to protect my consumer rights.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am truly sorry you are not happy with how we handled your complaint and order.
You received your 3 + 2 seat sofas in February 2024. You reported an issue on the 3 seat after six months, so we sent an independent furniture technician out who confirmed there were some splits on the seams and we replaced the sofa for you.
You contacted us again outside of the one year warranty to say the same thing was happening on the 2 seat sofa, As a goodwill gesture we agreed to send someone to look at the fault but this time the fault reported and images sent were more in line with customer misuse/damage than a manafactruing fault as it was a clean slit on the leather on the seat cushion and the indenpent furniture assesor put this down as an invalid claim rather than a manafacturing fault.
I feel we have acted responsibly, quickly, and fairly in response to your issues.

from initially ordering until delivery I was kept informed as to what was happening with delivery and when sofa arrived I was very pleased with quality.The only thing I was not happy with was that they left packaging in garden but when I questioned this they told me it was in case I wanted to return it

I ordered a new sofa for next day delivery over the Bank Holiday weekend and it was delivered on the Tuesday as promised. The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. I have no issues and am very happy with the sofa quality, price and overall service. Highly reccommend.

Great communication, I ordered two sofas in the evening and received a courtesy call the following morning informing me of the delivery process. The sofas arrived 8 working days later and were assembled by Furdeco. I’m really happy with them. Great quality and very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

We was kept updated as to when te delivery would be. Right on target the sofa arrived. One concern is the covering on the arms of the sofa are loose, and have to be flapped in. I can't understand why.

I ordered the 3 seater Bonham leather sofa at a very reasonable price. Next Day Sofas answered my queries and their customer service team friendly and helpful. All communication was excellent.The sofa is very comfortable and is great quality. The item was delivered within 8 days of the order being placed. I would highly recommend this company to others !

The delivery people leave a lot to be desired,quick rush in ,they put the feet on our sofas crooked,said nothing and left us with all the rubbish,then gone,totally unlike other firms who cannot do enough for us and clean up afterwards.thats all folks!
