Customer Service is horrible.
I have sent 5 emails now and they either do not reply to the help I need or they don't actually help in their reply. I had high hopes for using them because they came very highly recommend by family but their customer service is not helpful at all!

Extremely cheap product sold at a premium price.

Shipped from China despite no clear mention upfront — delivery took almost a month. In the meantime, I had to use my phone unprotected.

The case looks very cheap, the color is ugly and not as advertised, and it requires gluing parts directly onto the phone, which poses a real risk of damage.

The advertised “30-day money-back guarantee” and “free returns” are not honored. Returning the product requires paying international shipping to China at your own cost, which makes no sense for a European customer.

Overall: a good-looking website with big promises, but poor product quality and misleading return policies. I would not recommend.

I got 3 of the 10mg Reta for research and the subject is down 26lbs in 8 weeks. Just moved onto the 3rd vial. Quality research peptides!

Extremely disappointed they don’t stand behind their email advertising. Received multiple emails regarding their Black Friday sale, stating it was through December 1st. This was for buy 1 GLP and get one free and 25% off everything else. Suddenly they send an email on Thanksgiving morning stating the buy one get one ended at midnight. It was a holiday and I didn’t see the email until Black Friday. Tried to get a response via their online chat. No response.

***Update - the responded by text, which I missed. They followed up with an email stating they would honor with a 50% off code for a one time order. Their explanation of why the sale ended was “Our advertising states a date or whole supply lasts. Due to the influx of orders from this special we ran we discontinued it early for the above reasons.” I reviewed the emails and don’t see a reference to this. I’m just very happy they honored the ad.

This is the only site I use for my peptides. I have used others and the products just don’t seem as effective or clean. The shipping is off the charts and doesn’t cost extra to make it happen! The customer care is beyond amazing as well! Would love if they offered test otherwise I can’t say one bad thing about this site.

I got the wrong product and they said they would over night the correct product. Got the new package but it was still wrong. So now I’m thinking about just not doing the injections any longer. I’m really upset
