The 8‑week interview course at Next Gen Medics was genuinely outstanding! It covered every key aspect of the MMI process, from NHS hot topics and data interpretation to ethics and communication skills. Each session was detailed, interactive, and packed with valuable feedback from knowledgeable tutors.

Before joining, I struggled with speaking too quickly, but having the chance to practise regularly — with targeted guidance — made a huge difference. I also found structuring my answers challenging, yet the team taught me several effective frameworks tailored to different question types, all of which I used confidently in my interviews.

I had 1:1 tuition with a Nextgen tutor and I felt extremely well prepared for my ucat exam. I was fully briefed on all areas and given streamlined advice throughout for questions I was repeatedly finding tricky, alongside advice on how to improve time and what to do on the day. How to ready myself by purchasing kit to give me a set up at home similar to test conditions (mouse and keyboard, laminated pad). My tutor was professional and well read. I would not have got what I achieved without this service. Thank you so much.

Especially the one to one lessons are particularly helpful as they provide specific feedback and guidance I could see exactly where I would make mistakes and how to improve them.

Also as a retake student I had no idea where to start my preparation last in year in 2025 I got 1530 and this year I got 1970 band 1 all thanks to NextGenMedics!

I found the feedback sheets provided at the end of the lessons highly helpful I recall making most of my notes based off of these sheets and practicing the corrections. I also like how the questions were highly targeted towards the universities that I had revived interviews from, making me feel more prepared and less nervous for the real thing.

The UCAT teaching my son used one to one teaching it was focused personalised to help strengthen weak areas.
He had multiple mock MMI Interviews with the Nextgenmedics team. Each interview was very well organised and personalised to the university requirements.
The feedback was very thorough, it was timely, written (as opposed to just verbal) with constructive to highlight positives and what needed further work.
We were very impressed with the prompt communication on every occasion.

Our son Mehmood attended UCAT 1-1 coaching and MMI interview course with Nextgen medics. He received offers from Leicester and Birmingham medical universities. He found coaching from next gen very helpful. tutors are flexible and friendly and its very cost effective compared with some other courses in the market. he has not done any other courses than NextGen. thank you next gen, keep it up.

I highly recommend Nextgenmedics for their medical school interview preparation and other courses they run.
My son had a mock interview with them before his Sunderland medical school interview. The whole experience was extremely professional and, most importantly, felt like a real interview. The feedback was detailed, honest and very constructive, highlighting both his strengths and the areas that needed improvement.
Because we were so impressed, we booked a second mock interview followed by 1-to-1 tutoring sessions with 2 of their tutors to work on his weaker areas. This made a massive difference to his confidence and preparation.
When he eventually attended his Sunderland interview, he found that the format and style were remarkably similar to what he had practised with Nextgenmedics, which made him comfortable and well prepared rather than overwhelmed by the experience.
We were absolutely delighted when he received an offer, which was confirmed yesterday after he achieved his A-level grades.

The company is great, I have learnt some useful techniques in the UCAT sessions that I have been trying to implement when doing exam questions. The tutor is very helpful, giving an insightful overview of the different question types and strategies to tackle those questions.

We have UCAT tutoring from Bilal. The lessons were very effective. Bilal helped my son to understand the technique to keep the time management efficiently and he can explain how to handle some of the difficult questions, especially related to verbal reasoning. I would definitely recommend Nextgenmedics if you are preparing for the medical schools entry.

Nextgenmedics had a very thorough 8 week course covering the different components of the interview, whilst also integrating practice and question time to aid delivery. The team at Nextgenmedics were filled with bright medical students who had in-depth knowledge of the interview and also had practical experience/examples to share as well. This program really helped me feel more confident coming into the interview and helped me secure seats at two UK universities and one Australian university. On top of this course, the staff were really responsive outside of class hours, answering any queries I had. I can't recommend Nextgenmedics' interview program any more highly.
