Turning potential into reality…
I signed up because the ads felt like they were made for me. I'm very happy I did since the entire experience has been very positive, especially working with Sumi. I've learned a ton about myself and have finally started building the system that allows me to bring my potential into the real world. Highly recommend.
Accountability, tactical knowledge and relevant tools for growth.
I came into this program with skepticism and doubts, but with the intent to be open to what NLPP had to offer. And the experience, support and encouragement have definitely had an impact in how I address the personal challenges of "getting things done".
The program takes effort and work. It requires time, self-reflection and intentional processing. It was very helpful to have a coach help me implement the weekly learnings in a way that are relevant to my particular context and goals. The combination of straight forward teaching material, tactical tools and intentional accountability created a great environment for growth.
I cannot say that the program has skyrocketed my productivity at the moment, nor that my output is hundreds of times better. For me, new things take a long time to become my own. And the price point can be considered high. But when this is seen as a long-term investment, and I think it is, then effort is worth it. Thanks to my coach Jae now I am excited to engage in the process of improvement. This program has provided a useful foundation to keep growing.
Best sleep ever!
I'm at the end of week 2 and have already had amazing results with mental clarity which has allowed me to get the best sleep I have had in years! I have read numerous self-help, leadership, and mindset books as well as taken several self-improvement courses. They were all great and give you the information, but what is lacking is a system of implementation. If you have ADHD or struggle with executive functioning, you NEED a system. Ali is the perfect combination as a systems engineer with ADHD. He has hacked his own mind with systems that he shares. There is no teasing or build up to get to the magic formula at the end -- you dive right in! Then you have amazing coaches (thanks, Sumi!) that help you iterate and refine your system every week, which really helps. You don't just get content and left to figure stuff out on your own, there's great coaches you can meet with.
As for the sleep, the systems have gotten the information out of my busy mind and into a system so I'm not constantly worrying or anxious. I can relax because I know my priorities and what I need to be executing. My Oura Ring sleep score went from a 77 to 92 in a week. The app tells me that is impressive since I have small children.
I'm only at the end of week 2. I have 4 more weeks to go and am super excited to see where I end up after 6 weeks! Hope to see you in the community!
The program is great- very practical…
The program is great- very practical and no fluff. Down to business. Love that there are the 7 Modules with videos and worksheets that we can keep coming back to forever. A new module unlocks every week.
There are lots of Community Calls, though I haven't attended one yet.
My Coach Jon is excellent: knowledgeable and motivating. He is super positive and also shares from his experience when I ask questions that are a little off track from the curriculum. He is not afraid to face problems head on (bottlenecks) and to help you solve them. He has an amazing ability to identify what the core issue is and how to phrase it in a way that is accurate, concise and leading us to constructive first steps and solutions.
Thanks!
I would 100% recommend the course
I was initially anxious and skeptical of taking this course but i have been so incredibly focused and productive these past three weeks. I have such a fire back in my belly to fulfil the potential I know I have. I would 100% recommend the course and my coach Jon is amazing, so helpful and very supportive.
The right coach for you will make the program work better for you.
I am a medical professional and business owner that was on the road to a slow death of my personal and business life when I found Next Level Systems on IG. Still a work in progress but would have to say working with Jon Leclerc has been so helpful and supportive and I feel he goes above and beyond as a coach/mentor to help me talk through my roadblocks and keep me accountable (because I want to, not because I feel he would get mad or be disappointed in me). He obviously has a lot of life experiences that he can give helpful tips for some of the things I struggle with - and he has also struggled with. Finding the right coach is key to making this system work better and you will need to find one you really connect with.
This is crazy amazing worth every penny
This is crazy amazing and I have been through a couple of these type training courses. There is no waste of money here. I have been fired up for change since the first week. Worth every penny. The community isn't a bunch of whiners, but real people doing real work.
Accountability meets tools, systems and continuous improvement
tldr; Good coaching and approach to self improve, high price point, worth it if you commit and freaking do the work.
One of the main point that made a difference for me is having someone that actually addresses to some pain points I have, takes me where I am and offer solutions to start improving and build on top of them. I do not have ADHD, but a lot of things resonated with me, like time blindness, procrastination and working efficiently on deadline pressure (even though it drains me).
The combination of the coaching and video courses works well. You learn about some systems and tools and a coach brings back the knowledge and assist you in applying it to your current bottleneck. You have to do some work, some self reflection and have a desire to improve.
There is nothing revolutionary in the content, but when you're sick and tired of last minutes and late nights, you want to solve your own behaviour, then this program is a good way to do so and the way it is presented resonated with me. Approach it with an open mind and be ready to reflect on yourself.
There are some good and pragmatic nuggets in the concepts that helped me "click" and implement a better way to organize myself and approach things in a continuously improving mindset. It's a good balance between self-improvement/personal growth and actionable action.
As of oct. 2025, the tools used could be improved and I know they are working on it. Ali and his team walk the talk and approach thing in a continuous improvement and iterative way.
I found the price point a bit high for what I got. At the same time, this made me commit even more and I know it laid down solid foundations to build on top. This investment will pay itself in the long run, no doubt about it.
Help is on the way
Focus a problem? Here's the solution, laid out step by step...follow it and you're bound to be more productive, competent, and comfortable in your life.
Ali's personal experience, authentic and generously shared, as well as efficient solutions, are unbeatable. Don't waste time with others. As an engineer, he has constructed this course like a bridge, not to waver or fall down, but to get you to your destination. The coaching and community resources are exemplary.
Life changing for living with ADHD
Next Level has transformed my relationship with my ADHD symptoms and I've got countless tools to address focus and attention now. My academic career spanned 20 years (K-12 to a 6 year bachelors degree to a 2 year masters degree) and I never learned anything like what Next Level teaches. Ali and his team of coaches are remarkable at teaching concepts that stick and providing accountability that makes a huge difference. I can't believe how my brain operates now and how much more productive I am with these systems in place. Thanks Ali and Coach Jae!
As an engineer who studied at Boston…
As an engineer who studied at Boston University, in the hub of education arguably in all of America and the world, I hold a high standard rooted in practicality and evidence. This program did not disappoint.
With AI research and building a business, I successfully freed up 9 to 11 hours per week.
Everyone is invested in your development and not trying to make a quick one on you.
I'll come back and change this review if this is wrong, but you can literally just try it for 30 days and decide not to go through with it if it does not satisfy your needs.
p.s. I'm a Hindu whose life revolves around yoga and pranayama. They even got those practices right if you need it.
Next level systems have great coaches…
Next level systems have great coaches for keeping accountability and pushing one through the various levels of the training.
Lots of resources at one’s disposal, to aid one’s progress.
As Ali has said “It’s about the systems.”
Systems That Actually Work for the ADHD Brain
Systems That Actually Work for the ADHD Brain!
Before working with Jon at Next Level Systems, I often felt paralyzed and overwhelmed. Like a lot of people with ADHD, I wanted to move forward but didn’t know where to start. I’ve been investing in a few different supports recently, but Next Level has been the piece that helped me organize my progress, track my wins, and actually see growth happening.
Jon’s coaching focuses on practical systems that work with the ADHD brain—breaking things down into clear steps, timeboxing effectively, and helping you recognize and celebrate small victories that build momentum.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, scattered, or frustrated that other systems don’t stick, Next Level Systems will finally make things click. It’s structured, encouraging, and genuinely designed for how your brain works.
From Skeptical to Finally Feeling in Control
My journey here actually started with Ali's ADHD Entrepreneurs program. It was the first time I felt someone really "understood my brain," which is why I decided to try NLPP. I'm now at the end of week 4 out of 6 and I was quite skeptical when I started, after trying and failing to get organized for years.
The truth is, I haven't even implemented everything in the program. I'm still in the process and taking it at my own pace. This is exactly where my coach, Sumi, was so incredible. Instead of letting me get overwhelmed, she helped me prioritize just the most important systems to set up first. She focused on building habits that would actually last.
Her genuine care and patience helped me 'trust the process' even when I found it hard. We worked through my biggest blocks, like not knowing when and how to prioritize tasks and that lack of belief in my ability to even start.
Thanks to Sumi and the program's structure, I am now successfully following a core system. For the first time, I actually believe I will stick with a system, and I'm already seeing the benefits without falling off. This has given me so much more confidence. I now feel I have the right foundation to tackle the other systems on my own. I'm also really looking forward to the ongoing support from the Q&As, even though my 1:1 sessions are ending.
It is a bit on the pricey side, but of all the different organization apps I've spent money on and all the time I wasted, I would say it is worth it if you have the means.
To be totally honest
To be totally honest, this has been a bad time for me in that I lost a very close friend suddenly to cancer and my elderly father was hospitalized for a month during this process. Being his main caregiver, it was hard to devote the appropriate time to the program for myself and I often felt I fell short in completing my tasks. Despite that, Kaylin, and Ali behind the scenes I’m sure, supported me through it and Kaylin listened to me talk and cry, with kindness and empathy. He showed me so much more grace than I expected from the program being a timed program and he showed me how to give myself more grace while also showing me how I did succeed, just at different things. Progress is not linear and making any progress during what I went through has been amazing. I look forward to continuing my work and building my internal and external skills. I’m so excited and grateful to Kaylin and Ali. Thank you!
Feeling more clear and in control than I have in years
The past couple of weeks have been absolutely wild. I got pulled into leading the commissioning of a new aged care facility, which is something I don’t normally do, while still juggling all my regular tasks. Normally, that kind of week would’ve completely thrown me off. But this time, I was able to stay alot more calmer and focused. In fact, we are now way ahead of schedule!
The crazy thing is, its only been two weeks into working with Next Level Systems. This system gave me the structure and clarity I’ve always needed, and my coach helped me realise just how much progress I’d made. Just a month ago, I would’ve thought it impossible to handle a week like this, let alone thrive in it.
I’ve still got a long way to go, but the difference in just a couple of weeks has been huge. I feel clearer, more consistent, and finally like I’m working with my brain instead of fighting against it. Couldn’t recommend this enough.
Bread & Butter
I know this review is going to sound generic or similar to what everyone says but here we go anyway. This mentorship (next level peak performance) is great from beginning to end, the content, the coaching the community is unmatched. I've done multiple mentorhsips in different industries and most of them are just marketing this mentorship is the actual bread and butter. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF.
It works!
I am 3 weeks into the NLPP, and I feel so productive! Last week I was able to complete all the "must do" things and was able to start bringing things in from my "Nice to do" list! I have never had that happen in my life! Working with Jae every week AND using the systems has helped me feel confident that I am going to get the things done that need to get done. I'm no longer jumping from thing to thing worried that I'm going to forget to do it, and worse yet, forgetting to do it. I'm building systems and getting things done that are going to impact my business in the long term.
Permanency and Hope
THANK YOU! I had no idea what I was in for when signing up for the initial course material. When I found the program it was going to be just another piece of material I purchased and failed to complete BUT Ali's team would not let it come to that! They know us!! lol
Now that I have started the coaching, mentoring and community support portion, I am truly thrilled about my mindset shift.
Important to me is that I am not being told what to do by another program that will only succeed if I somehow WILL it to succeed. I am being empowered with tools and coaching to learn how to figure out myself for myself. What I am learning has permanency in my life compared to the many short-lived successes that I have had over many years of trying to 'fix' myself.
I feel more fulfilled and capable than I ever and I have joined a community of very accomplished people who all have a brain that works like mine! It is very refreshing to join accomplished people who know how to acknowledge failures and turn them around where it felt impossible before.
No podcast, book, schedule, software or counsellor has ever been able to do this for me. Worth its weight in gold. Shout out to Jon my personal coach who truly listens to what I am saying, understands it, and somehow is able to help me turn a corner week after week.
NLPP Coaching Program
The best takeaway I have from this is that I have a resilient system for planning out long projects and goals. Before coming into this program I had put in a lot of effort to be focused in my day to day, but the missing piece was how to plan, prioritize, and execute for the long term, which I desperately needed because I'm a freelancer. Jamaal has been awesome in helping me build my system and tailor it to my needs! Plus I'm actually keeping my workspace tidy which is *unheard of* for me!
