Renewed Motivation and Overcoming Overwhelm with NLS

Before the Next Level Peak Performance program, I was feeling swamped and battling overwhelm and anxiety about my task list. My biggest breakthrough has been seeing how well the opt-out tool works and getting everything into one trusted calendar. This realization gave me renewed motivation to get reorganized and get back on track. I've also been inspired to reflect more, focus on my health, and I'm consistently back at the gym. The coaching provides great support and accountability, working with me right where I am. I can see this system will be the tool for me. Just learning to use the first couple of simple systems in the first 2 weeks has already made a huge difference in my ability to stay on track with my projects and eliminate time-wasting habits. I've been consistent with my sleep and exercise, I've been focusing on the most important difference-making activities in my life, and the time freed up by this has allowed me to enjoy better quality personal time.

I bought Ali's intro course for $29 or so, and there was a ton of useful content for a very small investment. The introductory course made me want to pursue the full coaching program. Still, I was hesitant because I've done plenty of coaching programs that aren't very good.

This coaching experience has been everything. Ali promised it would be. There were no false promises. They have systems that work. If nothing else, their systems are worth the admission price, and they also have coaches who know them and can help you implement them in a manner that is specifically tailored to you personally. It was a highly positive experience overall and I'm not one to say that lightly.

This coaching course by Ali Alqaraghuli offers the perfect blend of practical suggestions to improve your workflow, start tasks (or finish them, whichever is your nemesis), and mindset changes to help you trust in your own capacity to get things done. I'm self-employed, I have easily a dozen threads of work on the go at any one time, and I often feel overwhelmed by the enormity and responsibility of the roles I have taken on.

Before I started with NLS, I had a huge milestone I was reaching for, with little success. I didn't believe I could actually do it. I am 4 weeks in to my coaching sessions and not only have I overshot that goal I'd set myself, but I've made significant progress in other areas too. To say I'm astounded is an understatement!
