We used Next Moving to move our items from a 3 bedroom into a townhome. We had numerous items and a few that were fairly bulky. The team came prepared, dismantling most furniture and wrapping any valuable items. We had the pleasure of working with Sergai and his team who seemed highly experienced. Sergai was very personable and knowledgable, talking us through the entire process. Even brought forward and asked for permission before proceeding with any action that came with a risk. The other two were very experienced as well, dismantling furniture and fitting everything into the truck perfectly. They were a solid group and I would recommend this team for future moving jobs!

Next moving company made what is usually one of the most stressful days feel easy. The crew was on time, professional, friendly, worked incredibly hard, and took great care of everything we owned.

I’ve moved 20+ times in my life, and this was by far the quickest and easiest move I’ve had. We had around a dozen bulky items, some needing disassembly/reassembly, and the move was done in just under 3 hours. Not only was the team friendly and engaging, the amount of care and attention to detail they had was incredible. The cost of service was well under what I would expect for a move like this, and the customer service before and after the move was also very nice. 10/10 would recommend this company.

I hired Next Moving for the second time! This time they moved my son. They were fantastic! We'll definitely hire them for our next move (pun intended) whenever that occurs. They're professional, hard working, and communicate well. They packed all of our items with tons of blankets and shrink wrap to protect them. They even put our chairs into wardrobe boxes! Nothing was damaged. They carefully unwrapped everything and took away all of the trash. We had several very large, bulky and heavy furniture items from overseas that are extremely valuable and they did an excellent job. There were a couple of minor business/admin problems which they resolved quickly and with no arguments or fuss. Thank you Next Moving! You guys are great.

This was my second time using Nextmoving. Nextmoving team were careful and professional. Definitely will use this service again.

I've moved twice in 2+ years and have used Next both times. This company has excellent communication from start to finish, making me feel very taken care of as a customer. The movers arrived on time and were completely finished moving my 1bd apartment (local move) within 3 hours. The $450 (plus $99 deposit) price was competitive and worth every penny. My belongings were handled safely and protected by blankets and wrapping to ensure nothing was damaged. The 3 movers were courteous and respectful and I couldn't ask for a better moving experience. If I move again in the future, they'll be the first company I call.

Great and positive experience from booking and throughout the move! Provided very competitive prices compared to other local movers.

Provided service on 6/25 which would be a multi-stop move. I was informed of time frame of arrival the day before, which they arrived within 15 of the predicted start time.

With 2 service workers (who are very pleasant), they were able to move large tables and storage boxes with ease and with no damage to the items or surrounding structures at each stop.

I would gladly hire the company again on my next move or recommend to family and friends.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Three movers took 12.5 hours to complete a move for a 1,000 sq. ft. 2-bedroom apartment and that’s with everything already packed except for furniture and TVs. That timeline is completely unreasonable. During the move, the crew took a lunch break and repeatedly stepped away for personal phone calls, which only added to the delays.
The bigger issue, though, was how my belongings were handled. They shattered a TV, broke a dresser, and bent the legs of a cabinet. None of this was proactively brought to my attention. I discovered the damage myself while they were still there, and when I raised it, I was brushed off with “speak to the tall one,” who then told me to file a claim. I never received so much as an apology.
The lack of care extended throughout the entire move:
* Boxes were placed in the wrong rooms despite being clearly labeled (kitchen boxes in the office etc)
* Shelves were not reinstalled in multiple pieces of furniture
* A bathroom cabinet was left completely wrapped
* Wardrobe boxes weren’t emptied - I ended up doing that myself because of how long everything was taking
For all of this, I was charged just under $1,900.
To make matters worse, when I filed a claim, Ian offered $114 for the damage - which doesn’t come close to covering anything - and even suggested a discount if I used them again. That response alone speaks volumes.
Overall, this was an underhanded, unprofessional, and careless experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
