Fraud website they take the money and provide useless products which we haven't ordered and the ordered product is not delivered still!

Sent a completly different cheaper product

I ordered a e notebook but received a wireless headphone.

My Order is not as per the one which I placed. I thought it might be mistake so tried to return it back but their web site dose not have contact details. and also email ID given there is wrong one. All the mails are getting bounce back.

Fraud company and site. I have ordered e tablet and received head phone. It's a very dangerous site. Please don't use this site.

i have ordered for E-Paper note B751 Black & white E reader Smart Digital Note-Book × 1 but instead i received a local low quality head phones - do not trust this company its a scam and fraud - i am raising a complaint against them - never buy any thing from these people.

I came across an ad for Nextrofy and decided to try ordering a product from their site. I already suspected it might be a knockoff or defective product, but what I received was outright fraud.

Frankly, I was already doubtful whether they would deliver the actual product. But what they did instead was even worse.

They sent a used AirPods Max box, and inside it was a random, dirt-cheap P9headphone that you can find on any street stall. No relation whatsoever to what I ordered.

This isn’t just poor service — this is a straight-up scam.

To make things worse, their courier partner Blue Dart refuses to allow the package to be opened before payment. Once the COD payment is done, they also refuse to take the parcel back or process any refund. The scam is basically locked in the moment you pay.

Let’s be clear:
Nextrofy is not a legitimate e-commerce store. It’s a scam operation designed to trick customers through flashy ads and fake product listings.

They are fake people and dont have any address or phone number to call.

Fake product delivery

They are scammers don't even think of trusting this website . They sent a cheap headset instead of the book that was odered , furthermore none of contact they provided actually works all of them are out of service and their return webpage is only for show , didn't even recognised my order id.

Ordered for a e Reader (E Papaer Not B 751) and they send a cheap headphone and do not respond to your mail and the phone number they provided (9540199078) is non-existant
