Where to start.......

When one start a legal migration process you are overwhelmed by all the 'paperwork' that goes with it. You get flustered by doing your day job, and then having to compile and fill in forms. This is over and above the stresses of packing, flights, accommodation etc. Moving from one country to another is a big life event, and should be as smooth as possible.

With this mindset, since my first interaction with Nexus in 2018 I knew that my journey will be in capable hands.

Every application was done with low stress and knowledge that everything was looked after. No need to send chasing emails, or numerous phone calls.
Easy correspondence and effortless communication when needed.

Evidentially so, my experience has been nothing less than the best and this week after 8 years of working closely with Nexus, I was awarded my Citizenship in the UK.
Words can not express the gratitude from me and my family for this experience.

I've had a 5 year association with Nexus - first for an emergency French Visa that I needed to go on a Mediteranian cruise leaving from Nice. It was impossible for me to meet the deadline had I applied privately but Nexus paved the way smoothly. Based on this good experience I have used Nexus for my spousal visa extension and lately for my Indefinite Leave to Remain which has been successful and troublefree. I will use Nexus again for my Naturalisation application. A really flawless service that really takes the tension out of navigating the immigration laws and regulations. Keep up the stellar work!!

Listen, this is not a fake review. Wish I could prove it, but yall just gotta believe me. I contacted Nexus and Mark was too good man. He got me my appointment in one day! After I’d be struggling with getting one manually, and with bots for the past 2months. TLS need to be sued honestly for the emotional distress they cause people. But with Nexus around, I’m gonna use them again. That’s a fact.

Let me say this, Nexus are nothing short of incredible. We all know the paper process of anything is exceptionally difficult, then throw in the stress of this is your lifeline to remain in a country coupled with the shear cost factor to most certainly NOT get it wrong. Well that is where Nexus, and more specifically Brigette Radloff stepped in, relaxed us, prepared us then guided us through the whole process and made it simple! We just had to do, and provide all she asked for and that was it. Then attend an appointment. Honestly looking back over this whole application I couldn't picture doing it myself. I was stressed knowing it was in great hands, so just imagine if I did it myself and doubted every step.

If you are in a position to use the services of Nexus I cannot recommend them enough! Professional, direct, always willing to help and always willing to just respond to the continuous emails asking questions.

I highly recommend Nexus (both Brigette and Mark) for either the ILR/Naturalization or the visa route. My journey with them was ILR (priority service), directly followed by Naturalization (my partner is British). The entire process took from the 10th Oct - 19th Jan for naturalization being granted. My ceremony has been confirmed for the 19th Feb. Between the ILR and Naturalization applications, I applied for an Irish visa. So 5 weeks of this period was taken up by the Irish consulate. Brigette and Mark were amazing, they worked together and still managed to pull it all off in just over 3 months.

Nexus are amazing. We used them 2 years ago and they were very professional, helpful and communicative. Needed to use them again for a repeat visa recently and they had real challenges from one of the foreign consulates moving the goal posts and changing their rules with no notice. Nexus just got stuck in and were very proactive, with no extra charge. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
