I am not getting the proper feedback…
I am not getting the proper feedback from this company. I am still being called about the payments I was told would be handled and discussed with the creditors a couple of months after signing up. This seems to not be happening. I try to go on the site to check and not able to sign in. This does not seem to be helping me and I am dissatisfied with the results

3 month update
Just spoke to Steven with National Fidelity Financial and he was very reassuring and advised he would expedite my file as I got a letter from the collection agency (which is to be expected) He also stated the 90 to 120 days to settle an agreement with a creditor starts after you make your first payment to Global, which wasn't explained to me when starting the program. I have clear expectations going forward and peace of mind after our conversation.
