Overall training is great. the only thing is the opportinuty to ask question when you washing the video.
i understand because of the online purpose. But sometimes it can delay your progress, because of the availability of the staff support to have one to one chat.
another thing is homework, if we can have the correction that will be very helpful

In spite of constant interruptions in my life, NGT continued to communicate and encourage completion of the course.

I joined to learn more about network engineering and have not been let down. The true self pace has been great for me. The staff is always helpful and they check in on you frequently.

This is all new to me and it has been conitnuously difficult and very frustrating. Not up until recently, when I was able to tap into the right channels and avenues did instructors not only point me in the right direction but took their time (James especially) and guided me through a better understand of the labs. Brittany's kind reminder for me to utilitze the Lab Guide for the Final rather than searching all of the lab guides from each module helped me considerably. I'm hoping to continue on and increase my learning and understanding of the entire course.

Easy to follow. Great labs

It was a very good experience learning what I have been seeking for a long time.

The presentations, forums, and guidance from advisors in the program beat a typical and much more expensive university degree. The knowledge and skills you learn through this program are practical and very useful for getting into the information security job market.

it is challenging but its worth the reward

I completed the FSNA(Full Stack Network Engineer Associate) coursework in about 3 weeks time. I have to say I very much enjoyed it every second not only from the pool of information given but the hands on labs to provide context behind the information. Can't wait to start and finish the NCSA(NGT Cyber Security Associate) next!

great training. instructor is well informed. he is very detailed and gives great instructions.

I was able to get material done and understood at my own pace. Half the recommended rate.

NGT Academy gives you the fundamental skills and guidance needed to break into the Cybersecurity and Data Engineer world. I personally really enjoy the classes and the community site is really helpful for concepts that are harder to grasp. Would definitely recommend this to anyone hoping to break into the IT industry.

Self paced makes it feel like you aren't being left behind.

I feel as though I personally know Jacob Hess, the instructor now.

It is a great program with great instructors and training. The only thing I would like to see is live where we can go back and forth. I think with my learning style it would help me focus more. It is great being able to go at your own pace though due to my current schedule!

Jacob is an excellent instructor and he communicated the concepts so clearly. There are a lot of visual representations and these are like no where else! You may find some things on YouTube, but NGT explains it at a professional level. The Quality of the lesson is excellent. The staff at NGT made me feel welcome and were very helpful. There is also an instructor dedicated to answering my questions on the lessons and they have a custom AI you get access to which helps tremendously. Whenever I need a question answered I can type it in the AI (its called Cypher) and I get an answer to technical questions and also get definitions of words I don't know. Ty signed me up for this and he helped me overcome the barriers to enrolling. Jinky was great too as she welcomed me to the program. They both helped orient me to the program which was nice.

The whole experience was amazing. Very detailed and easy to comprehend training videos. The Labs were comprehensive and prepared you for the exam.
