I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Over the years I have become almost accustomed to being disappointed with purchases of this type. As an artist myself I have a pretty high bar to be impressed but Nice Art has really blown me away. I am so excited to get this framed and displayed in my living room. I also want to add that I became aware of this painting over 20 years ago and always wanted a copy for myself but never thought it possible, I was so shocked to find it available at Nice Art. I was planning on painting it myself but I'm more proficient in acrylics and it's hard to get that richness and depth of color that you get with oils, and this piece really delivers on both. Thank you again and again.

Found a painting in a Christie Catalogue of my cousin’s estate. This was the painting that we had copied. Never having done this before I looked on line and found a few sites that did this work. One of the reasons I chose Nice was that they made choosing the size and frame very easy. They indicated that the size would end up being the size of the painting when it was completed. Everything went as described on the website we are very pleased with the result.

My painting was done and 2-3 weeks. They corrected most of everything I mentioned from the proof. It was well worth the money. I would say it is pretty good accuracy but not exact. Still beautiful and a great price. They sent it so quickly by DHL

The departure of the NY 7th at the beginning of the Civil War was originally painted by Thomas Nast. I couldn't find a reproduction so I commissioned nice art gallery to paint my very own version to hang in my 1870 living room. The canvas painting looks like I have the Nast original. The original is hanging in a museum in Saratoga. As far as I m concerned, I'm the only one besides the museum, to have a canvas oil based painting of this particular version of the departure of the NY 7th down Broadway on April 19, 1861. Priceless. Nice Art Gallery made this all possible. Very easy to collaborate with on this project. If you are looking for a certain painting and you can't find it.
