I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 11. They came in a size 6. I've sent two emails requesting a refund with no response. I've called several times today, July 27, 2026, and was hung up on THREE TIMES!! The guy named Jay who I was finally able to speak to, put me on hold, came back on the phone and when I reminded him that he put me on hold he said, "oh alright, and hung up on me AGAIN!!! I am beyond frustrated because this is NOT how customer service should be!!!
